While the favor was good... My food was luke warm at best... I ordered the Samosa chaat... The samosa was microwaved first then put in oil for like 3 minutes and it was still cold... I ordered the lamb bowl and that was cold also
Worst customer experience trying to cancel an order. Phone operator hung up when a change request was made and refund was requested.
Horrible. I ordered for pickup, this was the first time trying this place so I was looking forward to a new place to try Indian food. I ordered a chicken tikka bowl & garlic naan. Both of which I did not receive (or I think I did get the chicken tikka bowl but it was not good at all with barley anything in it but rice - see picture) I didn’t get the garlic naan. Don’t waste your money here.
The man working seemed angry at me for talking to him, was very condescending to the couple who came in afterwards, and the sauce was watery and bland. Wouldn't return for a free meal.
Went in this morning at 11:00AM and asked the older guy working behind the counter if they were open or if he was still prepping to open because the TVs were turned off and there was no one else in the place. He got an attitude with me and said, "What does the sign say outside? Clearly you see me working here so obviously we're open. You're in America. Use some common sense."I simply asked out of courtesy because he looked to me like he was prepping to open and I didn't want to impose. That attitude was completely uncalled for and unnecessary. In hindsight, I should have walked out and not given you my business.
The curry was dry and flavorless. Very disappointed. I don’t recommend spending your money here. Please go elsewhere
This place incredibly was able to check ALL of the boxes to join my worst 3 restaurant experiences of all time. This was our first time trying it, mainly because driving to our usual Indian spot seemed too far after a busy day.
Very disappointed. The owner closes early at random times and does not stay open until 10 PM like it says on their front door, on this location's Google page, and like they do at their Castleton location. So you cannot plan for takeout. The food is very good, but my last visit they put in virtually no lamb in the bowl I ordered and charged me an outrageous $4.75, the price of an expensive Gumball Head beer as it appeared on the bill, for extra meat they should have put in to begin with. Total ripoff and I will never return.
Food is delicious, which is why I come back, but man you guys could learn a thing or two about customer service. The t.v. menu was off today so I couldn't see my protein options and the guy was visibly annoyed that I didn't already know what I wanted. Then he rolled his eyes at me while he aggressively pushed a paper menu in my face. It's not that deep and I'll be back, but I have coworkers who won't join me because of the poor attitudes here. I see why, but the food is
Very happy with our food and prices in and out for a quick lunch
Restaurantji Recommends
Great place for a quick lunch. The food is hot and fresh, the service is really fast, and the naan is to die for. My favorite place for takeout.
It's passable. If you are jonesing for Indian it's ok. Nearly every other Indian restaurant in town is better. But this one is fast.
The food is excellent and the service is great. I would highly recommend this place.
Very unprofessional!!!! Called about an order I placed and got hung up on multiple times by a worker on 6/3 at 5:45 pm...They eventually picked up the phone and left it off the hook!! Who even runs this place??!! Will not be ordering from here again!!
