Found this on asada tacos i order. I don't know what this is but I'm never coming back, this is nasty and meat tastes weird. The al pastor had to much oil and the carne asada tasted weird and had a hair in it!
Al pastor tacos are the best 👌, asada and chorizo are amazing 👌 best tacos place, now is my favorite one.
I just went with my wife tonight and my tacos were a huge miss. The tortillas, carne asada, and al pastor were all dry. The tortillas hadn't been dipped in oil. The al pastor meat was burnt on a couple of bites I took, and the carne asada was dryer than a Popeyes chicken biscuit 🐔. The tongue for me was the only meat that was actually good. I'll give them 4 out of 5 for that meat. Now the meat wasn't nasty either, but for the hype this place got, it wasn't worth the high price, the wait times, and the drive. Birrieria Iturbidense on Washington Street and High School Road can sometimes be hit or miss but even in their worst day that was better than what I had tonight.
Bad bad bad service!!!!!!!
No coming back!
Born and raised on Southern California- I fell like Indiana has garbage Mexican food. This place reminds me of home. Keep up the good work this place is very authentic and hits the spot.
Friendly, fresh vegetables with my steak tacos and delicious. Love the way they package your food, very neat and professional. I think that shows good attention to detail and I love little things like that when it comes to service businesses.
Not only do they have great food. Their customer service and preparation time is top-tier!
I've been by the Staples lot many times getting my grandkids Chic Filet and never saw a food truck but I read about this one searching for birria. It was there at 7 on a Friday and I tried the burrito birria. They take your order at the truck and give you a device that lights up when your order is ready. The wait was short. My order came as two short burritos rather than one huge one. I hope they keep a predictable schedule as there is another authentic Mexican truck that has a spot a little further east on 86th but is often absent in the early evening.

First, the person who served us had a bad face. No one was there. It took 20 minutes to get the food. They charged us for the sauce and the lemons. Also, the quesadillas looked big in the photo. When we bought them, they were like the photo below. They all came. stuck together so well it seems like they just microwaved them I don't recommend this place ?
