To start with the worst possible service. They take a percent of the total in the collection and the only service they do is when they take your order and bring you the food and from there they don't return to your table at all!!! The food is not delicious and they also give you your food without a spoon!! I literally had to get up from my table to ask for a spoon because the waitress forgot. And also to top it off the waitress was angry for no reason!!

Not good. But they definitely won't forget to charge you full price for everything which is a tad overpriced also. Leaves a bad taste.

I had a hard time finishing this large meal, but I did it. ? I order something different each time, and it is consistently tasty with generous portions! Good pineapple agua fresca and tortilla chips also. Next time (maybe) I'll try ordering in Spanish, agree to the gentleman offering a guitar serenade, and take half of the meal home. ? They do have some wait staff that speak English, to help with ordering, as the extensive menu has photos but lacks English descriptions. Attractively furnished, with a lot of seating in two rooms, (and popular for carry out). (Deducted one star for TVs, as I'm not a fan of that feature in a restaurant. Note- there is another restaurant also named El Maguey nearby, which sort of confused a friend who met me for dinner.)
