Very disappointed with quality of food and service. Ordered several items to try: olives were cooked for some reason and tasteless, figs wrapped in bacon with Gorgonzola cheese were bitter and very tough, didn’t taste good either. The only thing I liked were chocolate truffles, but those are hard to ruin ?
When I told my server that I didn’t like olives and figs, she said “a lot of people like them and she didn’t hear any complains” charged me for both items and didn’t even apologize. The vibe of the restaurant is very nice, just wish for better food quality and service. I was hoping for it since they are located at the 5 start Conrad hotel.

Wanted to love this place but terrible service Arrived an hour and forty five minutes before a concert and it wasn’t busy at all so we were sat right away and got glasses for the self serve wine. Placed an order for 3 small plates/appetizers. It looked like there was only one person preparing food, so we were patient as people were slowly trickling in, but after sitting for over an hour and getting our own wine (our waiter never checking on us once) I stopped him to get an update on our food. Took him another 5 minutes to come back and tell us that he forgot to put our order in. He never offered any options for us (sending over the manager, rushing our food order, comping our drinks, etc) just apologized and charged us for our self serve wine and we left.

The drinks were Great, the waitress was really nice and attentive and the bartender educated us on drink specials and how and what to mix our drinks with. They were both very attentive and we all had Great conversations.

Wow. If I could leave 10 stars for Jay I would. The reviews when we looked this place up flooded with Jays name. Now I know why. This place was SO amazing and so fun. We had a great time tasting the different types of wine at the self serve machines. But then Jay came to us and chatted. He not only recommended some items but brought tasters that really enhanced our taste buds and took paring food to the next level. We just left an hour ago and already have plans to go back this weekend!!

Fun, chill environment. Waitstaff are SO friendly and helpful!!!!Highly recommend for a night out catching up with friends.

Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options. I accidentally ordered a flatbread with prosciutto and they remade it for me without prosciutto. Really accommodating!!!

Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating. They do ingredient substitutions if you ask.
