Tavern at the Point

Food was excellent and servings were generous.our waitress made sure we had everything we needed and did so without hovering. Restaurant was near full but no loud tables and noise was always a cheerful laugh or a small cheer for the Pacers This has become our go to place in Indy

Great food and great service, especially on a busy night. The Bbq and bacon salad was delicious. Drinks were good as well

the Evening started off great, the food was good, granted the server came to us once maybe twice. but once the night was coming to a close and the server brought us our individual checks and we paid I still sat there and ate and we still mingled. While we were in the middle of a conversation at my table another staff member came and asked us how the service was and we said it was fine he then said in a very condescending tone that he was just asking because the server only got a 7% tip. Granted im unsure about anyone else but I paid in cash and I was still eating so I wasn’t even given the opportunity to leave a tip just yet. Plus we were still there so I was waiting until I was finished to tip. The staff member was very loud to the point that others could hear so it was very embarrassing and awkward. I’ve never experienced anything like that before and we had all just came from comic con so it was a very uncomfortable situation for me.

Jessie was the coolest server we have had on mass Ave. He was so attentive to our needs whether it was food or drinks. If you come to tavern on the pointe, I highly recommend Jesse.

I had a great time at Tavern at the Point. I got drinks and appetizers with a friend, and we loved our server Jesse. The service was great and Jesse was very attentive and personable. Will definitely be going again!

We arrived about a half hour before our reservation, and they were very willing to accommodate us early. We chose the devour menu and value for the price was excellent.

This was my first time here and I'll definitely be back! We did a "progressive lunch" as a team outing for work and this was our first stop and it was perfect. The brisket hummus was unexpected and OUTSTANDING!!!

We eat here every few months, it was great as always!

An OUTSTANDING place to have dinner or drinks. Ambiance and food was perfect in this small tavern/pub setting close to the core downtown of Indy. Jesse our waiter was spot on the whole time. Perfect. We traveled here to Indy to watch our Oregon Ducks SPANK Penn State and this was a PERFECT appetizer and we will be back. Thank you, Tavern on the Point!

Great experience! Excellent food! Best service - Kate was so friendly - made sure we what we wanted and were well cared for - put us right in front of the TV to watch our favorite team. Thanks for a great pre-Pacers game experience full of great drinks and good food in a warm and fun atmosphere!

11/3/24 Amazing service Amazing food. I've traveled many places 22 countries and 19 states and the brisket taco that this tavern serves are at the top of my list for some of the best food I've ever had. Great atmosphere and bar tender was really great. Would definitely recommend stopping by if you're ever passing through indianapolis.

In town for eras and stopped here on a whim. The food was good, but the real star was Jesse. He was attentive, fun, kind and honestly just went above and beyond. Thank you so much, Jesse!
