I received nothing even close to an apology at all. I found the whole experience quite infuriating the service was terrible. Now I am out $12, late to my event, and ate fast food instead.

Just order tea!!!My sister ordered the herbal honeybush vanilla tea and I ordered the white champagne raspberry. Both teas were delicious, but the food is a waste of money. My tea was light, fruit and sweetened with agave.I ordered a side salad and received about 1/4 cup of baby spinach served in a paper to go cup with about a tablespoon raspberry vinaigrette(I think) in a small container on the side. The cheese on the grilled cheese on croissant I ordered wasn’t melted and the tomato soup lacked flavor.My sister ordered a chef salad. She received a plate of spinach, a lot of diced green peppers, onions, and shredded chicken. They were out of eggs and tomatoes, but she wasn’t informed of this when she ordered her food.I took a picture of my cup water and the cup they serve the tea(hot and cold) in because I didn’t want to waste my time photographing the food.

This is a great place however the customer service today was horrible. I walked in and was not greeted and I had to initiate communication with the cashier. The atmosphere did not feel warm today and the interaction with the cashier left me feeling unwelcome and unsettled. I’m going to assume that the cashier was not being rude but is shy but either way I was not satisfied with my service today.Vegetarian options: Smart bacon
I stopped by for a refreshing cold Ginger and Peach tea, but I was impressed by the food selection and ordered a BLT and a salted carmel brownie. The food was awesome and my only complaint is that I didn't purchase more than one brownie. The atmosphere is amazing, and I was able to get some charting completed while I enjoyed my meal. No shade at other cafe's but my food was made to order and not microwaved. I enjoyed the experience ☺

Went there last week for a breakfast sandwich, potato salad, and an iced tea. The gouda on the sandwich was nicely melted, everything was cooked perfectly and the croissant was great. All the teas you can get hot or iced, with honey or other sugars, and with or without milk / milk alternate. They make the tea fresh to order, so it takes about five minutes for it to steep. Excellent atmosphere too.
I go here often and love the variety of teas....even though I always get the Tropical Cyclone, hot, light agave. Definitely check them out if you're visiting ? ?

Went here while I was in town for the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. 56th National Convention. The location we visited was small, but the environment was very nice. The environment was very Zen and the store was clean and welcoming. We went for lunch and I had the special, which included a spinach salad and the Larson sandwich with a croissant. Everything was delicious!! I was pleasantly surprised. I wished that I had ordered a whole sandwich, even though I wasn't that hungry. The dressing for the salad was very good. I didn't think I would like it because I thought it was sweet, but I loved it! The staff was very friendly and made sure we, along with everyone that entered, felt welcome. I took home some loose leaf tea and I am super excited to try them all. The tea I had with lunch was awesome! This is definitely a hidden gem. Besides inside dining, they have a lovely patio area. The only downside was that they did not have the t-shirt I wanted. I will be watching to see when the one I wanted is back in stock. If you are in Indy, I would suggest you try out this location and get some of the teas to go!! GREAT FOOD, SERVICE, ENVIRONMENT and VALUE!! I want to be Tea's(ed) some more!!

Love this place! Always super knowledgeable about Tea with a great selection and variety. Very chill atmosphere, music relaxing and a good volume, nice place to study or hang out with friends. Would 100% recommend! Always ask for recommendations because I always find a new favorite!
