Ten Hands Social Bar & Eatery

Stopped in here to eat before the Pink concert and had a great experience. Our waiter, in the jam packed hustle and bustle of it all, was attentive and personable. The roasted chicken was delicious! And honestly, all of it was really reasonable. They have a variety of American themed food with options for spicy lovers, picky eaters, and vegetarians!

Sports bar attached to a hotel. Definitely loud, and that is with none of the TV broadcasts. Food was outstanding (yay Kitchen!). Server rocked it (yay Summer). Total Management fail (boo/hiss) - you need to get more folks before u burn out your staff! BLT, Wings, fries, side salads were very good. Took 10 min literally to get a server after seating...that is on the management staff. Probably more crazy during/after a Colt game, so...you make the call.

Parking: Sunday is free, pay parking otherwise.

Friendly service and delicious old fashioneds!

We had a great experience here to celebrate a friend’s engagement. The food was alright, but what really made our experience was the outstanding service we received from our server, Michael. 2 members of our party were gluten free, and Michael went above and beyond to make sure that they felt comfortable and taken care of. The atmosphere is cool as well, and although it’s a little expensive, it’s a hotel restaurant, so that’s to be expected. I would certainly go back here if it means chatting with Michael again.

The Short Rib Nachos were absolutely amazing. Easily worth having on their own and the bar made some great drinks for us. We came back the next day to try the specialty Gencon burger which sadly fell short of expectations but everything else was well worth the trip.

Wheelchair accessibility: I was able to get my chair in and out easily and there are several low tables if you do not want to transfer to a booth.

Terrible service, the server had a guaranteed gratuity based on the size of our party, so she had no motivation to help us. We never got a refill, our food was brought out over an hour later. The manager did his best to make up for her as she stood on the side and never brought the food out.

What made for a just okay experience was when I arrived 6min early to an empty restaurant I was told I couldn't be seated until my confirmed appointment time. Really? They literally made me wait in an empty restaurant for 7 minutes before seating me. If I were not nearing my church women's group I would have left

Located in the Westin hotel. We had a pizza and a cheeseburger. Food was decent but nothing exceptional. Prices were a little high but that seems to be the norm for downtown restaurants.

Located inside the Westin this bar/restaurant is a nice place to eat or drink. The bar seats are comfortable with plenty of seating at tables. The two sides we had were garlic mac and cheese and a Cobb salad. The salad was fresh and well prepared, the Mac and cheese was tasty. Portions for both were ample. Service by AJ at the bar was excellent! Good pours on the alcohol drinks. Cost for the food/drinks were decent for a high end hotel. Breakfast in the market area has a variety of items and again good portions with eggs, bacon, omelette being flavorful.

Hello! My Fiancé and I are regular Bonvoy users. We’ve stayed at many hotels and we absolutely adored The Westin in downtown Indianapolis. With it being downtown I loved that it was off on its own little street, so Valet parking was smooth. We went to the bar soon after checkin and Robert kindly informed us that they were short staffed and to allow his waitress alittle time. We honored his honesty and sat down for maybe 5 minutes. There was about 8-10 people sitting and enjoying themselves plus my party of 4. The waitress Summer was extremely seasoned in her job because she effortlessly handled all of us in the bar. Our food was amazing. We ate the pork nachos with the big pretzel. Also, our cocktails were all delicious and made properly. David and Ayshia did a great job behind the bar! They were a treat. We slept like babies in the room 1318. The sheets were like butter, and I loved the softness of the grey throw blanket. Very nice. The bathroom mirror was a main touch and so was the vinyl floors. Clean and sleek. We ate breakfast at Ten Hands. Lori was our waitress and lord is she a blessing to be around. Her hospitality is top tier. Our food was delicious. I had the biscuits and gravy with eggs and my fiancé had the eggs, potatoes, toast, and fruit. All great! We loved being in such a positive environment with well management! Thank you Westin staff!!
