I ordered 3 sandwich meals (2 Nashville Hot and 1 regular) but received 3 orders of regular tenders. The fries were overcooked and the tenders were cold and had obviously been sitting for some time. We threw most of it in the garbage.

We went to get the special that was the lobster tail and sirloin steak. Our server, Bill, was extremely knowledgeable in helping us decide what we wanted to order. We never had an empty glass at the table, and he was very pleasant to talk to. I wish more restaurants had servers like that!

It taste like they served the box the chicken came in and seasoned it with whatever they swept up off the floor all while steam cooking the chicken in the dishwasher.

Tuesday evening visit, short wait to be seated. Stephanie the waitress was pleasant but seemed to be a little overwhelmed. Ordered the steak dip appetizer, it was good but when it arrived we asked for utensils as we were not given any and the cheese was stringy and a napkin would have been useful, about 5 minutes later our salads arrived, still no utensils, after we asked again Stephanie decided it was more important to take another tables order than it was to get an already served couple who had been waiting for sometime an essential item they needed. As I predicted once I had started to eat my salad which I felt rushed to do so as I knew my main course would come before I finished it, which it did. I ordered steak and ribs with a baked potatoe. The steak was ordered medium and was just slightly under cooked but not too bad, the ribs were tender and meaty. Both meats were overly salted, the ribs weren't too bad but the steak was to the point of burning your throat when swallowed, I asked for some lemons to try to counter the salt which helped just a little but it was awful. My wife ordered steak and shrimp, her steak was also salty and because the food came out before we finished our salads her shrimp were cold. The only time we were asked how things were was while we were eating our salads. We had a gift card with 4 options of restaurants, in hindsight we should have optioned for 1 of the other 3. Very dissatisfied

I ordered the "Bone in Rib eye", First: the salad was OLD LETTES that some had gone bad, and the Dressing was some of the worst I have ever had. The Steak, which I ordered Rare was I would call well done and the only Bone it, and it was a "BONE SLIVER on the backside of the Steak!!!!! It may have been a NICE $ 10.00 meal, but I could not eat all the GREAS and the overcooked steak!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Love the tenders and fries. I ordered from doordash and everything was still very hot when they arrived.??? This is my third time ordering from them and they never disappoint. ?☺️ Great variety of sauces as well.

My mild tenders were over seasoned to utter blandness. Not to mention they were little baby tenders, not as advertised. My salad was purely the heart of the lettuce, huge chunks almost like cabbage. This was the case for 2 other orders. Very disappointed, not caming back, thats for sure!
The tenders were dry and overall not good at all. Our drinks were screwed up. I am really disappointed and would NEVER recommend anyone ordering from here.

No number to contact? we got the completely wrong order and went to contact someone about the issue and there is no way to contact the company with these issues and the dasher was also no help. Also the food we got was cold. not happy and will not be returning.

Terrible. Literally gave me 15 fries and smallest tender I’ve ever seen. The sauce was only 1/4 of the way filled the other half way. Food was also cold. Should have gone to Cane’s or Chic fil a.
