Place appeared to be closed, maybe permanently? I came on a Wednesday at 2:15pm and doors were locked also their sign was half gone. On Google it states that there open currently.

We absolutely LOVE this place. It has a smaller menu thanks to covid but the staff is amazing and super helpful. They have the best margaritas in indy hands down. If you can get the tacos dorados get them because they are amazing.

Not a very good experienceThis was my first time there. Got my food to go. N they had forgotten my cheese sauce and my horchata when my co worker picked up our food so I had to go back and when I went to pick it up I should have tasted the horchata there because it tasted spoiled. And on the menu it said that I was get a side salad and sour cream and guacamole and the guy said we don’t serve that for lunch time ?

I had lunch with my mom on Saturday Feb. 20th there were only a few people inside, and I had to hit the bell near the cash register. Going into the restaurant there aren't stairs, sidewalk with a curve, and if I'm not mistaken a small lower ramp for assistance. The Server name Cruz was handling business from being the Hostess, the Server, made the food, made the drinks, and he was also cleaning up the place. Talk about Superman doing all that work, Cruz was in good spirits, and helpful on the menu. The prices are very affordable, and you can dine in, or do carryout. Social distance was in place, there was hand sanitizer in the front, Cruz did wear a mask, and customers did wear their masks in the restaurant. My lunch I ordered two soft tacos on a corn tortilla I only had ground beef, shredded white cheese, and sour cream. My mom had two soft tacos with everything on hers. Her tacos were delicious & my mine wasn't too bad. I absolutely love the vibrant colorful Mexican artwork. Plus, near the cash register in the bar area there's a pool table which I saw one person shooting pool. Overall, not a bad place to checkout especially if you're in the area.

I've ordered from here with doordash many times. The food is great and amazingly consistent, prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend!

Been to quite a few Mexican restaurants and this is by far the worst experience I’ve had. Food was terrible and drinks were definitely watered down with no alcohol in sight.

First time there not much of a selection on the menu. I ordered tortilla chips with cheese and shredded chicken plenty of chicken and chips not enough cheese. Very friendly.

Great Place! I hate it when 1 person who has never posted a review on yelp before has an axe to grind. Tells their other friends to post too. This ruins the overall ratings of the place. Best Mexican restaurant with a full bar in Indianapolis. Some Mexican bars are intimating for non Spanish speakers not this one.

Have gone to lunch a couple of times now. Both times have gotten the Huevos Rancheros. The Ranchero sauce is the best! It's got some heat on the finish, and it's got a terrific smoky flavor to it. Breakfast served all day. I would recommend.

Tequilas just took over a restaurant spot on the strip in Irvington! (5537 E Washington St., Indy 46219) The increase in quality over the last ownership is amazing. East side people, check this place out. the food is delicious, they have the $2 taco tuesday deal, and i hear they are planning to have live music and dancing on the weekend.

I ate here for the first time this week. I was not sure what to expect because of some of the reviews I saw but friends told me the food was great. I was blown away at how good the food was. I ordered the Chile Verde. The sauce was outstanding and the meat was so tender I never even picked up my knife. I will definitely be back!
