My husband just drove 30 minutes to get food here and i hope this isnt because a race or anything but soon he went in (the door was open and they were suppose to be open for 4 more hours) the lady told him they were closed! He came and sat in our vehicle. 2 mins later a asian mom and daughter next to us went in and came out with food within 5 mins! We tried calling and ordering but they arent answering the phones now! Idk what is going on but this is the 2nd time they turned away him for whatever reason! Use to be our favorite place but now is the worst!

Recipe is not the same. Chicken was tough and chewy. I expected it to be better after the renovation but it was terrible. I really enjoyed this place before.

I would give it a Lower star if possible. I got charged 15$ for a bowl of salt. DO NOT WASTE your money. You can get a bowl of pho just down the street for so much more deliciousness.

Ate this right after I left the store and all the chicken was hard and chewy. I just ended up eating the rice and vegetables.

Just like the chicken teriyaki I grew up with at the mall food court. So good!!!

You can tell the restaurant is on its way out of business. The food is still good but the drinks they now sell were all expired. The inside is very filthy with grease stains and buildup on the windows and lights. I won't be back even though it's good food.

The food is great. You get a great amount of food for the value. The owner is really nice.

I love the freshness of the food and it's so good!!!!!

The food here is great however the lady who occasionally cooks has a very bad attitude and lack of Customer service. She is always in a bad mood and anything you ask her it is like she is being bothered. The older gentleman I think the owner who occasionally cooks is really nice. He has a language limitation but is generally nice

Yum yum sauce!!!!! Love this place! Teriyaki double meat, noodles and veggies for the win. Call it in and ready in 15 minutes. Don't sleep on this place or you're missing out.

Dirty, horrible customer service and burnt food! They don't deserve the 1 star I'm giving. I regret not leaving after i walked in.

Nice owner, tried to keep it hot for pickup but food was not good - sorry but surely a disappointment in any kind of quality. Soggy long-grain, white rice; no vegetables, pineapple or bell pepper in 'orange chicken'. Literally deep fried chicken - added sauce - dumped on rice: hack-cooking.. Bit into the egg roll - old-oil taste, oozed gooey contents, not pleasant. If you could use fresh food & oil, use traditional dish ingredients, cleanup the walls to reflect quality/food-cleanliness, you could earn a nice share of lunch business!

One of my favorite teriyaki joints in town! Great staff, even better food! Teriyaki chicken, white rice, double meat, extra sauce! Killer meal for under $10!

I was really looking forward to trying this place. I can't get the taste of charred food out of my mouth! DIRTY! Poor customer service! I should have walked out as soon as I got to the register. The place seems empty, sparse tables and chairs. The walls are FILTHY! The female behind the counter wasn't helpful when I told her it was my first time visiting. Usually when one says that, the person working tries to make you feel welcome and offers suggestions. Nope, she seemed annoyed that I was there. Waited what seemed like forever for my food, I could barely hear her tell me my food was ready. When I picked it up, my chicken teriyaki was BURNT! I didn't dare ask her to fix me another, I feared retaliation in my food. I ate a few pieces of chicken and rice. Left most of the food and walked out. I cannot get the charred taste out of my mouth. I will say two positive things: 1) another customer came in and a gentleman came out from the back and seemed pleasant. And 2) I was able to get a Pepsi. Will not return! Wasted $11 for lunch.
