Wasn’t the worst one I have been in but by far the best. Service needs some work. Not sure if it’s something in the water or lack of competence. I’d probably come back.

We have date night every Thursday and this is definitely our go to spot! I love the herb crusted chicken. Its very flavorful. My hubby loves the steaks. And those rolls are yummy. To top it off, everything is reasonable!

This was the best trip to TR we’ve ever had! We had a $25 gift card and decided to use it on the Wednesday before thanksgiving. Went in and the hostesses were very friendly and welcoming. We were seated right away. Our server, Kila, was not only very prompt, she was a breath of fresh air. She was kind and all smiles. Her vibe alone made us want to order more! Our steaks were cooked to perfection - medium rare. The manager, Sydney, checked on our experience overall and we couldn’t rave enough about how this is the best service we’ve ever had! We bought some Christmas gift cards, so we will be back 😁

Me and my brother came in for dinner Today, once seated at our table our waiter Hanna (blond hair) greeted us with such a bubbly personality!!! After bringing our order she continuously checked on us to make sure everything tasted good and or if we wanted more refills on bread or drinks!!! Shout out to her for being on top of it!!! Thank you so much for a great dinner experience!!! We will definitely return and hope to see you again!!
Horrible experience, at first everything was going well, drinks came out, appetizers served then waited an hour and 10 minutes to get our main course. The food was either over cooked or under cooked. The portions did not match the menu. I took 2 bites of my burger and I was disgusted. Our server was no where to be seen for about 30 minutes. When we were asked how was everything, we were honest about our experience. She then said let me get the manager. We spoke to the manager. She gave us a discount. We never received an apology. I will never go back to Texas Roadhouse. I do have some positive feed back, the bussers where doing amazing job. We had a lot of time to spare. Now those guys need a raise. Not 1 table was dirty for more than 2 minutes after a party has left
