Very busy, we walked in at 8 pm on a Saturday night. The host booth in the front was FULL of employees... Yet we received no "welcome, hi how are you, how many" etc. Then, to add insult to injury, two people cut us in line, and the hostess paid no mind. I, of course, said excuse me I was in line....and the lady looked up at me with the snoodiest attude and said flatly, "No, you weren't, while the other teenagers were standing there doing absolutely nothing.
Texas Roadhouse has always been a favorite of mine, but I will not be returning to this one. Drove out to Shadeland for a better experience.

UPDATE: THE LADY FROM ABOVE, I THINK HER NAME WAS JOLLIE OR JULIE I CANT REMEBER.... SHE DIDNT EVEN ADD US TO THE WAIT LIST!!!! We never recieved a call OR a text to come in and be seated. LITERALLY drive an extra 10 mins to shadeland for a much better experience.

I went with my granddaughter and 2 great grandsons Saturday February 8. The man led us to a table with 4 wooden chairs to sit on . I asked for a booth , which there were several empty ones around us that were available. He said those were assigned already , which the one booth stayed empty the whole time we were there . When the waitress came , she asked how we were doing and I said not to good as I preferred to sit in a booth instead of the hard chairs. She said I’m sorry and proceeded to take our order.
I am 72 and those chairs are hard on my fragile bones. The food and service was good just not the seating arrangements

It’s been a long time since we have been to a TX roadhouse. Really enjoyed our experience. Katie our waitress was top tier. Attentively juggling all of our needs. The manager was also so polite checking in on all customers frequently. We enjoyed our food and experience.

Food was amazing!! I think the steak was the best I've ever had. I had the filet. It was actually cooked to order. The mashed potatoes were not appetizing at all. They ran out of baked potatoes early in the day but it was Mother's Day.

Even with call a head seating, our group still waited for an hour and a half before being seated and getting our orders placed. Our server was great. Drinks stayed full, and rolls kept coming. Meat was slightly overcooked, but overall, I would give it a 6/10.

Went here for the first time, this location. Where do I start, first got steak and ribs and the ribs were a bit burnt. Not to good, the steak was kinda dry. The waitress didn't smile the whole time we was there , she looked really frustrated and not friendly, yes it was crowded. Think I will keep going to Avon. The food could have been better.

Hard time founding parking to pick up to go order cause people that dining in is parking in parking for to go order

Parking: If your picking up a to go order it’s hard to park in the area they have for it cause customer that actually heading in parking there which makes you drive around until you can get a parking spot just to get your food
