The food was excellent, however, the host that sat us walked way ahead of us (we have small children) and then didn’t follow through with getting us a high chair. The server was fairly attentive and kind. We were unfortunately sat next to a very large group that was quite rambunctious but, overall, it was a good experience.

Absolutely loved everything about this Texas Roadhouse. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and respectfully checked on our needs with appropriate timing. The atmosphere was peaceful and appropriate for any age patron. We enjoyed our visit and will likely return in the future. Highly recommend this location.

Food was good, not outstanding but good. Waitress was not very attentive, seemed to stop by when she happen to be around.

This is worst meal and location we have been to. When we finally got a waitress to take our order, we told her that we both wanted the prime rib. We chose different sides. We both had a salad as one of our sides and I specified no tomatoes or eggs and an extra dressing. Did not come out as I ordered. When our meals were delivered, my loaded baked potato was cold. To the point that the skimpy butter did not melt. My husband had loaded mashed potatoes and he said it was barely warm. The prime rib was extremely fatty! I know there is fat on prime rib, but we both ordered a 16 ounce thinking that would allow for some fat. It was literally almost half fat. We wanted to tell our waitress that we had a problem with our sides and then the steak, but she was no where to be found. Finally, my husband got her attention and he asked her to come to the table. She said I’ll bring you rolls and since my coke was empty, he said coke refill. He thought once she came back, we could tell her our problems then. By the time she came back, we were just over it. She never asked how the meal was, never checked back on us on her own and made it clear that she was very busy. It was early afternoon and the restaurant was not busy. We were both upset and when she came back by, instead of asking how everything was, she said, I can take your plates away and do you want a desert. H said no just the check. She was able to bring the check back quick enough and then said that we could use the table top card skimmer. She stood directly over my husbands shoulder and watched him. He said I got this. She said oh that’s ok, I’m not rushing you. She proceeded to say here is the total and here is where you can add the tip. We were both mad now and he said, yes I know how to use this. So he stopped a minute and she said, you can give me cash if you’d rather. He said I’ll put it on the card. She insisted that she would stand there and watch and asked for cash for her tip. I looked for a manager and asked another girl on the way out and she said she would have to go look. As we left, the waitress was sitting at a table that evidently had her friends there and as we left, she made sure to say that we were the people that gave her such a cheap tip. Honestly, we feel like she shouldn’t have gotten one at all. The food was bad, more fat than meat, potatoes cold, never checked back on us then said it was because she was busy, then when it was time to pay, she had all the time in the world. We left there mad, very disappointed about the meal, and have never had a waitress be so blatantly rude and then expect a big tip when we couldn’t even find her when we needed her. We don’t plan to ever go there again. Servers should not beg for cash tips. Extremely rude!!!

Do not know where to start but guess I will with the food, given that it is a restaurant. At the risk of sounding hyperbolic I have to say, that after ordering the Dallas cut of steak, it was the best steak I have had in a while. Juicy, savory, crisp outside and done to absolute perfection. Kudos to whoever cooked it. Corn was amazing and seasoned unlike most other restaurants who offer corn that typically comes bland. Mashed potatoes with white gravy was incredible. I mixed them both and was in heaven. Steak was one of those steaks that makes you feel a genuine sadness when you are left with the last bite wishing there was just one more. 100% recommend this location to anyone. Service great, food phenomenal, overall complete satisfaction. My server Kim was awesome too and shoutout to the cook. Keep up the great work. Will be back.

Wow, I am always excited for Texas Roadhouse but NEVER THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!!! The woman at the front door made me feel extremely unwelcome with not even looking up once at me. She told me to lead my party of 4 towards the dining area for someone to take me to a table with a gesture, but no one was there for me. I went back to her and she said to me "you can sit down" I asked, "oh I just sit?" and she gestured back towards ALL of the tables and said "you can sit around there" I pointed and said "somewhere over here? I'm sorry I don't understand" and she said "she'll take you" and finally there was someone there to take us to a table. Once we sat down, we waited for 15 minutes but no one ever came to even bring us drinks, so we left. I've never felt so unwanted / unwelcome and upset from just the beginning of a restaurant experience. FYI -- I went to BJ's in Avon instead. PHENOMENAL service and food, do yourself a favor and go anywhere but this Texas Roadhouse!!!
