Went to TGI Friday’s on W. 38th St. on Valentines Day. It wasn’t super crowded and we didn’t expect the excellent/personable service, delicious meal & drinks that we received! Grilled chicken sandwich, burger, mac & cheese were all very good. It was a great experience. Will go back!

TGIF Whiskey Chicken strips are always delicious. Unfortunately most of the TGIFs are closing. This location had no American Memorabilia. This location could be closing :(
Food was good. Usually want to order when not busy so food will be better as cook will take more time with food which is why I like to go to restaurants with my wife and family when they are either just opening or closing soon. Always go with the Jack Daniels anything sauce.
Came here on a wing, and found the most amazing bartender! I simply asked for a glass of water and got the most delicious drink”Cynthia’s Sweet Retreat” the customer service was amazing

The Million Dollar Cobb Salad was very tasty. Service, however, was mediocre. After having been given the menu and water, I waited for service. I ended up having to ask for a server to take order. The atmosphere was typical TGI Fridays, clean but nothing special.

Horrible service, bathroom is filthy and smells like sewer system is broken. Food overly salty we ask for redo and it came out the same way. The restaurant was not even busy. This not tgi Fridays.
