I was DYING to try The Alchemist… and I’m going to be super honest.
I left feeling a little disappointed.
Maybe it was just the timing — they had some kind of event going on when I went, so service wasn’t the best. It felt a little chaotic and things took longer than expected. BUT I will say, the staff did apologize and really tried to make it right, which I appreciated. That alone is why I’ll be going back soon.

The food and atmosphere was amazing, but the staff was pretty rude and spacey. We asked for things like an extra napkin and our waitress rolled her eyes. We had to ask for our checks and boxes multiple times.

My coffee was great and the folks working the counter were perfectly friendly and fast. I'm looking forward to coming back to try some of the baked goods and cocktails.
