Always friendly. Whitney is absolutely amazing. Her memory and attention to detail are fantastic and she cares about how she sends you out. Down to earth goodness. Haven't noticed much turnover all around and everyone seems to enjoy being there. Love the Beauty Bar! I’ve been going to Carrie for years and absolutely love her - wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair! She’s the sweetest soul and will always listen to what you want and give honest and truthful feedback. I’ve gotten so many compliments over the years with my hair.
To begin, I would like to note that I received a good cut from a positive and patient stylist at the beauty bar (thus, the two star rating). Additionally, all the staff I interacted with were friendly and appeared to desire wanting to give the best service. Nonetheless, I feel that others should be informed to check, and double check, the pricing of their services beforehand.
