If you want ok service and terrible food, this is the spot.
Dined at the hotel restaurant several times during my stay. My hotel and this hotel share a parking lot. The Residence Inn and the Marriott Courtyard are directly across from each other. It was very convenient, considering how late I returned to my hotel after long day at IMS. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Burgers, flatbreads, & chicken sandwich options. Served very quickly as well. Everything was cooked to order and pretty good. Can get crowded depending on the time. They also offer breakfast, but I never made that.
Parking: Charged for parking. Even when staying as a guest.

The food is basic but good. They have a small selection of items but the food is good quality and tastes good. The staff and location are also great.

Great hotel - clean, comfy, and the staff was outstanding and really helpful!! Walkable to victory fields and white river gardens (walkable meaning across the street). So glad we stayed here and would do again!
I recently stayed at this hotel for a convention. I loved everything about it from the service to the accommodations. It's also centrally located and easy to get to locations such as Lucas Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, restaurants and more!
Hotel is fine, but if you actually want to sleep, check to make sure there are no concerts scheduled at the White River State Park amphitheater. It is so loud, there is no chance of sleeping until late into the evening when the concerts are over since in addition to the music you can also clearly hear the fans screaming. Not necessarily the hotel’s fault, just a word of caution.
Decent but a little grubby. Stayed for a family reunion trip. The property was a little tired: sticky floors, holes in carpet and gum stuck to floors. Not very welcoming. Room itself was decent but be aware that there is a stadium and a ball field behind the property which can mean a lot of noise until at least midnight so if you’re a light sleeper be aware of that when booking. Overall staff were friendly but the place could do with an overhaul and a deep clean/refresh. Advice to management - invest more in your cleaning staff. The property needs it.
Terrible hotel experience. Housekeeping cleaned my room 2 hours prior to check out and removed my belongings. I had to request each item back individually. Some were stashed on the housekeeper’s cart. Everything had been gone through when I was given the items back. Front desk investigated and offered service recovery in the form of points but they are still not in my account more than 10 days later. Reached out to Marriott and the hotel and received the same “pre-written” response from the manager during both encounters. Will not go back to this location or Marriott at this point
Sad that they close the kitchen multiple times while we were staying in the attached hotel. Especially after a concert, let out directly across the street. I would think the management would make sure to have the staff on the nights they know there are events occurring.Did not get to try anything here as each time we went, the kitchen was closed.

Desk help unhelpful. Marriott Bonvoy app fails to tell you parking required costing $35. Laid out oddly, with multiple Marriott hotels in same location. Standing waiting to get parking stamped as we speak. Waiting, waiting, waiting. Doentown Indianapolis is ok and the Lime scooters around are fun.

I came up to Indy for a music festival and wasn't fmiliar with the area. I usually drive to Indianapolis and drive back to Louisville after an event. But I needed a place to stay for a 2 day music festival this time, so I found this hotel, thanks to google maps, which was about 3 miles from the venue. Great location and easy to access parking. I liked the parking garage with in/out privileges and the comfortable rooms. Also, Audra was amazing to work with! Thanks for all of the tips for getting around the city I really appreciated her invaluable help.

The hotel was very clean and smelled good as well. Perfect walking distance to the amphitheater for our concert. The breakfast in the morning had a good variety and coffee was hot and not overly done.
The hotel is conveniently located close to restaurants and hotels. Across the way is a canal where you can walk and people-watch. The hotel staff is AMAZING! Timothy went above and beyond to make our stay glorious. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable.
