First time coming here, we waited 45 minutes on our food, was told we need to hurry up and eat because they had an event starting at 9pm and tables had to be moved and put up. One of our waiters sat at the register and put on deodorant and didn’t wash her hands and brung us our food out we said something to her all she said was sorry not to mention she spilled a whole drink on my cell phone didn’t apologize at all. I ordered the wings entree and the waiter said it came with four full wings I received my order it was two wings and two sides for $20 the wings were not fully cooked. Ordered margaritas they tasted just like sweet and sour syrup and too sour to drink. We did get compensated By Nadia who was very professional and polite and made sure the experience we had was better . Staff needs to be more professional. Not a good first impression but willing to try them again

What a great place to eat before a Fever game! Best chicken we have had in a long time! So much food for great leftovers 😋. The service was excellent!

Next time
You all have someone that is working their first day on a holiday. Make sure you have proper help. I don’t knock the waitress. But why would you set up this business for failure with no help with someone who is working for the first time.

They don't pay there employees for hours worked. I'm sure I'm not the only one. Both Terry and Mark are the reason there business will not succeed. Karma is really!

Our experience was nothing like pictured or described on the website. My club sandwich had 2 slices each of turkey and ham, mind you the same thickness as pre-packaged deli meat at Walmart, and a single piece of cheese. They apparently put mayo on the side due to customer preferences but that came out after I ate the first half. I ordered no lettuce or tomato but it came out with both on it. Chef told me they weren’t aware of that request. Waitress was on her phone the entirety of our stay. Guessing wings are what they are known for 🤷🏼‍♀️

My husband and I went last weekend and we really enjoyed ourselves and the food omg!!! It is so delicious, I had the fried basket and the atmosphere, you will enjoy yourself. We had the pleasure of having the owner wait on us, very cool guy!! We do plan on coming back

This place is terrible ! It’s poorly ran and poorly managed. The owner Chef Terry is very rude . The kitchen is the most nastiest kitchen I have ever seen in my life !! They have no staff for a reason. I will never eat there again ! I got sick from the food there. I don’t recommend eating at this place. 0/10 I DONT RECOMMEND!

My 1st time coming to The Block Bistro and I must say it was great. Nice atmosphere and good food. Nice mixed crowd of people and the set up was cool. Will definitely be back to try other foods on the menu! My good friend Mr. Dobson, thanks for the recommendation!
