I was excited to go to that place, I had it as an option to go, until my friend went to that place and they gave her a very bad service in general. Definitely not going no more, it ruined my expectations.

This place is a whole experience. Don't bother with their cookies. The cookies are mid and at a premium price tag. That said the bars, cakes and the Marie Antoinette, are well worth the price. The atmosphere is enchanted, the food is beautiful and delicious, and the service is on point. Go and savor an experince.
I want to update this review because I went back and had a late lunch meal with a friend. As ever the desserts were beautiful and delicious.
We got a charcuterie board to share and it was such a treat! The seasoned nuts were to die for they should sell them in gift tins, the meats, and cheases were generous beautiful and super tasty.
However- my crab cakes has no sear on the outside, and while they had plenty of crab in them, they were mushy and not warm at all when brought to my table. I love crab cakes and these were clearly generous with the crab, and the sauce/salad with them were lovely...overall between the mushy and cold and not even a hint of a search on the outside, it was a disappointing plate of food. So pass on those.

I wanted to reserve the front room for a bridal shower. After leaving 2 messages for the event team, they called me back 2 days later. After gathering the information I emailed them the next day as that is their preferred method of communication to sign a contract. Four emails and 2 phone calls later I have not heard from them. Super bad service from the event team I

This is reviewing the Cake Bake shop in Broad Ripple. Wonderful experience once again and my favorite besides the Disney Cake Bake shop on the boardwalk.
Exquisite service and very wonderful and professional staff.
I like the acquaintance and intimate setting of this particular Cake Bake.

My daughters had a great time! The bill was a bit pricey but for a special occasion it was ok. 6 people with meals and cake was $300. Service was great and the food was spectacular! The Carmel cake was so yummy!
I've been coming to this place every time I get a chance whenever I visit indiana. However, I was a little disappointed. This time in that, the cake size seemed to have gone from twelve inches to ten inches, and the beautiful pink shiny bag you once got is now a much smaller version of a pink paper bag.Other than that, I don't know.I would have rather, they just kept things. The way they were even if they had to increase the price of the cake, which they did anyway. But I don't know

I've been wanting to go for a long time. Very beautiful. The selection was great. The cakes were super delicious and portions were huge!

Food and service both really good at lunch today. However, I’m an avid tea drinker and order hot tea at almost every restaurant I go to. I eat out several times per week. The “pot” of tea I was served provided 2 teacups full and cost $9!!!! No tea bag came with the pot so 2 rather small, weak cups of Earl Grey was all I got for my $9!!! When I asked for a refill I was told it would cost another $9. Very strange and disappointing. I’ve always been served my tea with the bag available to steep as I want and reuse if I wish.

Perfect and magical. The staff were wonderful and made my daughter feel special on her birthday.
The service and ambiance is superior, however, the food and desserts need work. I spent over $100 for a party of 2 and the food wasn't "Great" it was very "mid" which does not make you feel good about the amount of money being spent.
We had a lovely lunch Friday 10/3. Our waiter was excellent. (I don't remember his name, we had a reservation at 2:30). We all enjoyed our meals. We ordered desserts to go. Everything was enjoyable and beautiful.
It was a nice place. The Fontina cheese was the best out of everything we had. I got the chicken salad and the lemon Ceasar salad. Very basic. Chicken salad was dry. My salad didn't have enough dressing and no lemon that I could taste. Also order the leek pasta. Pretty good. Needed salt and maybe some oregano for taste. A little bland. Got the millionaire sundae for dessert and the walnut brownie was rock hard. The handmade vanilla ice cream was really good. Our server, Jeremy, did offer us something different. My daughter chose to take the berry cheesecake home. Nothing special about that. Overall, a little over priced for my experience. I expected more from this location. The atmosphere was great. They offered us a blanket because I was cold inside the establishment. Everyone was nice. Probably won't visit again. Going to the Carmel location today.
