This was our first time dining at Capital Grille. We were warmly greeted and the service was impeccable and attentive. Food was very flavorful. Highly recommend and would visit again!

This was first for us, the temperature of 2 steaks was off. Both were supposed to be medium and one was well (no pink at all) which made the meat dry and the other was medium rare. The others were very good. Our main server was ok. We had to keep asking for refills, which is very uncommon.

I have been a FAN of CG for over 15+ years. We arrived as the first people in the restaurant at 11:30 for lunch and seated w/o any concerns. Well the server was just not on task. She also was not fully aware of the process and unique characteristics of each CG. I order the same things 99% of of the time which is field of greens with 4 grilled prawns. First, that is not a filed of mixed green but it had iceberg lettuce which I did not appreciate given taste and complexity to eat --plus its NOT really green its light yellowish. I also found that the shrimp were NOT grilled to perfection and no seasoning! It would be compared to a shrimp cocktail but that is not what I wanted. I found that she did not provide bread in a timely fashion as she had no assistant I assume that helps servers but we were the first and only group of 8 for a while. She also did not give me my straw with the black tie margarita which helps to consume. She gave me a std straw that is for soda! I think they need to follow the chef and practice in Cherry Hill, NJ as they do it right based upon my travels rather it be Philadelphia, NYC or Milwaukee....

Timothy was excellent taking care of us. He was friendly, caring and aware of our needs. the young man filling our water made sure they were never empty. Overall, it is my favorite place to dine.

The food was amazing and our server was great as well. We were seated close to the front door & bar so it was a little more busy and louder than expected. The espresso martini was bitter, but still tasty. My favorite part of the meal was the filet and mashed potatoes

Capitol Grille is always consistent with great service and menu options. There was some delay in serving our entrees after the appetizer and soup courses, for which the waiter apologized several times. Since we weren't in a hurry, we took it in stride.
We had a wonderful dinner and evening on Christmas day. Our server was prompt, professional and checked in to see how we were doing and how the dinner was prepared. For one of the first times, I did not have a steak, but instead ordered the sea bass and thought it was delicious. Would definitely recommend and would order again. We also had the au gratin potatoes as a side and they were enjoyed by our table of four. Great tradition of gong on Christmas and plan to return next year.

We eat at the CG usually 3 or more times a year. I had requested a booth in a more quiet area due to hearing disability. We were seated right next to the bar and closer to the door opening and closing with cold air coming in. We did ask a few times to move but could not be accommodated though the male hostess was nice and tried to help. The female hostess was rather rude when I first asked. That part of the meal was a real bummer since we love coming to the GC. We luckily had Jessica again who was fantastic. The staff serving are always above and beyond. The meal par usual course was lovely. We will be back again and again, hopefully get back to a seating area we prerequisited though.

Marko was amazing - attentive, responsive, offered suggestions and guidance that enhanced the dining experience beyond expectations with his relatable and friendly personality. Sasha, who is in from the DC area, stopped by and added to the memorable evening with caring and appreciative conversation. Another great night at Capital Grille!
