Good food and service, the amount of Fruit flies or gnats in the winter was concerning.

Disappointing Experience for a Special Occasion
I had a very frustrating experience at The Cheesecake Factory while trying to host a bridal shower lunch for a group of 12.
I understand that they do not take reservations for large parties, so I called the day before to ask how best to handle it. A staff member told me that if I called ahead the day of, they could begin preparing for our arrival. I appreciated that guidance, especially since I’ve worked in food service myself and know how helpful advance notice can be.
On the day of our visit, I called ahead again and spoke with a different staff member who told me the same thing. I let her know we would arrive in 10–15 minutes. We showed up, checked in, and were then told the wait would be over an hour and a half.
To make matters worse, another large party arrived after us, was asked to wait to the side just like we were, and was seated before us. There was no communication, no explanation, and no effort from the staff to problem-solve by arranging smaller tables together or offering any kind of solution.
The lack of organization, communication, and basic courtesy from the service staff really put a negative tone on what was meant to be a joyful and memorable bridal shower gathering.
Very disappointing experience, especially after trying to be proactive and respectful of the restaurant’s process.

Food is over priced and mid. My daughter got the chicken parm pizza style and it was so bland she said it reminded her of nursing home food. The dessert is the only good thing. It took 2 and a half hours from start to finish on a Friday night with a reservation for 4. Waitress was nice but was super busy so service wasn't very sufficient. Spent 192 bucks thats not including the tip. Never again

I (Lafayette resident, 1 hour drive) came in Saturday night with my friend (who lives in Indianapolis), had a couple seats at the bar and the bartenders were excellent. Food came out relatively quick for what the estimated wait time was when we first arrived. Everything tasted how we expected, and we both got cheesecake to-go. In-house experience was great. But here's where it gets fun. Next day arrives, and I am back home and trying to pay for my food when I realize that my credit card is missing. No big deal, I have another card to use and Cheesecake Factory was the last place I used the missing one, so I decide to give them a call during non-busy hours for generosity, as a worker in the restaurant industry myself. After the automatic prompts the hostess picks up almost immediately, hooray! I'm getting great service, when I am informed of being placed on hold to grab a manager. 20 minutes passes by with not a single soul answering my call on hold, I am getting irritated but decide to retry as I am sure I just slipped their mind. Same situation, hostess picks up quick, I inform them I just called about my card and was on hold for about 20 minutes, get told they're finding a manager again. Okay cool, surely they pick up this time right? WRONG. Another THIRTY minutes goes by with not a singular person picking up the phone again. I'm extremely frustrated at this point because I could have driven to the restaurant myself to check if my card was found there or not. An absolute waste of my time, I am really disappointed because I've had multiple great experiences here and with the distance it would have been nice to be able to get ahold of somebody regarding my issue. If you are the manager(s) on duty for dinner service on January 18, 2026 I really hope you learn to reach all parts of the restaurant instead of just the floor, as patrons are requiring your assistance even while not presently in your restaurant. Do better.

The restaurant was extremely crowded, and we had to wait around 40–45 minutes to be seated, which was quite inconvenient. Unfortunately, even after being seated, the service was not up to the mark. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and attention to customers was lacking. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to the long wait and subpar service.

Been to way better cheese cake factories. This one lacks it all. Ambience, service, and food.
