Our server Max was amazing!! My son doesn’t really speak to people in public but Max managed to get him to talk! Very friendly and kept us informed!! Definitely one of the best!!!

Very vast menu with a lot of vegetarian and meat options. But make sure, you ask if any vegetarian item contains a meat broth in advance.
The food comes in huge portions, the service can be late sometimes especially during the weekends. It almost took 40 min for our order to arrive.
The choices of cheesecakes are absolutely amazing.

Food quality wa horrible, My to go order looked as the gave me leftovers off someones plate,When I called to report it,There was not a sense of urgency. They sent me a electronic 20 meal ticket nothing above and beyound for my inconvience.

We had the tamala cakes as an appetizer and I can say I highly recommend these. As my main course I had the steak Diane and shrimp scampi with mashed potatoes, it was so delicious and the steak was cooked to a perfect medium. Of course the bread they serve is always a hit. Our server was absolutely great and kept my drink refilled and checked on us just the right amount of times. My problem with the cheesecake factory is they have so many delicious foods and I want to try them all every time I go, lol. I was so stuffed this time that I didn't get a piece of cheesecake so no review on that but I can tell you they are ALL so delicious as well.

I ordered 2 cheesecakes several days before picking them up. They were very disorganized and had not prepared my order. I had to stop the person bringing orders to the front because the people who took my money didn't care and I would still be waiting. I will never order ahead to wait 40+ minutes for an order placed at least 2 days prior.

Service was great! Food was bland. Pasta...bland..the cheeseburger egg rolls were overcooked...chicken the fettuccine had no flavor nor color to it almost as if it hadn't been cooked.

my biggest complaint is the lack of bathrooms at this location.
You will most likely have to wait in a line for the bathroom at some point during your meal.
There needs to be more stalls in each bathroom.

Our experience at Cheesecake Factory was disappointing and deeply frustrating. It was our first time at the restaurant, and unfortunately, it left a terrible impression.

We went with a group and ordered the child’s meal in advance, clearly specifying that the child has food allergies. The child, who also has autism, waited patiently for his food without causing any trouble or making a fuss.

However, it took over an hour for his meal to be served, and to make matters worse, it was the last one to arrive, despite being the first one we ordered. Even worse, when they finally brought his meal, they informed us at that moment that they couldn’t serve the French fries due to cross-contamination with his allergies. They told us this after serving the meal and after everyone else at the table had already started eating.

It is unacceptable that they didn’t inform us earlier, especially since we provided clear instructions from the start. If we had been informed in advance, we could have made alternate arrangements to ensure the child didn’t have to wait. Thankfully, the child didn’t see the French fries we had ordered; otherwise, it would have caused an even bigger issue.

The lack of communication and the service we received reflect a complete lack of consideration and respect. This is not just about slow service but about empathy for the needs of their customers. We are very disappointed and will definitely not be returning.
