Sat waiting for an hour for my food. A guy next to me comes in and gets his food 15 mins later. He finished his meal and I was still waiting on mine. Never got it, I left after an hour.

I had lunch at Cheesecake Factory, and overall, it was a delightful experience! The food was tasty, and the service was decent. However, our server Max seemed to have bathed in his favorite musk cologne, which was a bit overpowering. It was so strong that it gave me a headache, making me feel like I was eating next to a perfume factory rather than enjoying my meal. Hopefully, next time Max goes easy on the cologne, and then it’ll be a five-star experience!

Decided to stop in for a drink and appetizer plus to get my bday cheesecake slice. I sat at the table bar and was not greeted at all. Finally a server informed me my waitress was right there and would help. However, she did not acknowledge at all. Finally I sat at the bar where AJ the bartender welcomed and greeted me. I was pleased with the service he gave. He has good customer service skills as well and knowledgeable about drinks.

It’s an oldie but a goodie! Consistant quality is one of the things I love about Cheesecake Factory. Service is always stellar and the prices are pretty similar now to even a Mexican restaurant. The decor is somewhat outdated but if it keeps the prices down, then so be it. The cheesecake has shrunk ridiculously but still takes the same.
