The food is amazing! Our server was so great! Food came out so quickly and it was so delicious!

Their chicken is what they are known for and after getting it, it's easy to see why! Being from the south, we have been to places that have great fried chicken. The seasonings in their batter were among the best we've had. That paired with the hot honey and great sides made the whole meal a great one. The sides to go with it were great for sharing. Our server was helpful in explaining what was popular and since we went with the family style it ended up being extremely reasonable.

Had lunch with my daughter and son today. All of our food and appetizers were delicious. Mason was our server and he gave us exceptional service. He had refills before we had to ask and he boxed our leftovers . Highly recommend this restaurant and we will be requesting Mason next time!

Disappointed with the experience at The Eagle on Mass Ave. Despite having a confirmed reservation for 9 PM—an hour before closing—we were told we’d have to wait 25 minutes. The staff informed us that half of the restaurant wasn’t operating because they “start closing at 10,” yet this crucial detail wasn’t reflected on the reservation app. It felt unfair that the responsibility to accommodate this internal scheduling issue was passed onto the customer. A heads-up or updated availability on the app would’ve gone a long way in managing expectations.

We had a great night at the eagle! Liz was our bartender helped us out and she was great to us! Mac and cheese and spoon bread were phenomenal.

all i can say is this place blew my socks off! Liz is an amazing bartender. Her service is unlike any others. the only way to describe her is mystical magical! 🧙 id come back here just for liz!

Came in on a Saturday night for a quick dinner and Liz did an amazing job and was very quick and attentive!!! Love always coming to this place and recommend everyone to try it.

The food was incredible, service was great and our server was attentive & also just the the sweetest.

Food wasn't great. Food came out quick & not super hot. Collards were super vinegary , Mac n cheese noodles were hard as if they'd been sitting out or undercooked.

Upon arrival, we were yelled at by a man outside of the restaurant and learned that he will regularly hang out around there. Server forgot to bring us basic things like silverware and napkins even after receiving our food. Then, after leaving the restaurant, my guest and I got sick throughout the rest of the night due to something we ate here. We'll never be back.
