Very disappointed by my visit today it's my birthday went in too get my cupcakes as well as my free one for my birthday was advised there is nolonger a birthday program I still brought cupcakes because that's what I came for so far I've eaten the pretty in pink and something is definitely missing after spending 30 dollars on 5 cupcakes I expected better. Customer service was also terrible after telling the staff today is my birthday no happy birthday or nothing I also tried to tell them how disappointed I was about the birthday club but was just told manager already knows

If I could give less than one star I would. I paid $70 for a dozen cupcakes that essentially were inedible. My guests spit them out in the trash. The chocolate one tasted like baking power. The air pockets in all of them was crazy and some broke apart like clumps of dry dirt. But the are "baked" daily. Kate the claimed attorney and owner called me back to inquire about my complaint but instead of listening to my feedback, I was yelled at called names, told that my conversation was recorded without being notified, and I ended up having to hang up on her, because the conversation was not conducive to any resolution. kt did offer me vouchers, but I declined as in. I would not even make the trip to this horrible establishment. I would not waste your time here. I'm all about supporting local businesses however, the way that I was treated I wouldn't even eat one of these if it was given to me free. The woman at the counter that helped me on my initial visit was very sweet, so I guess that's worth one star I took videos of how dry and disgusting these cupcakes were. I hope someone takes the time to read this and won't waste their time or support the vial woman that practices law all while "baking" daily. Just sad. Edited*** I would just like to state I want nothing from this business.I have provided pictures including the pricing. I think with the negative reviews there is a common theme. either it's a great review or they are dry. Mine were inedible. It was a special event and a voucher wouldn't help the situation. The owner continuously interrupted me, called me corrosive, and I eventually hung up on her because her rants did not stop. It took me 40 minutes each way to go get these cupcakes and I was trying to say to the manager a voucher wouldn't be needed because I would not be returning. I also tried to explain about the confusing menu. She was condescending and dismissive. She also didn't explain to me she was "recording" the conversation. When I told her that was illegal in Indiana to record without informing that's when the attorney talk came in lol. Her response to my review and trying to get it taken down is gross. she also accused me of saying I was saying her employees were trying to pull a fast one on me. Lol. I knew these were pricey. I never said that. I said I asked what cupcakes were in the lowest dozen cost? I was told to buy "non-fancy pants" cupcakes. I did so and then a dozen with 1 cookie was $70. (that's with an $8 "discount). I asked why my price was over $10 than the menu.. "oh you got Jumbo. To clarify they do NOT have regular or mini. those are special ordered. The gluten free costs are extra but they are regular size. Their menu or online does NOT state that. I was trying to convey I was misinformed.

The red velvet is EXQUISITE. Also tried the cheesecake cupcake today, and I loved it! Sister is vegan and awhile back we really enjoyed the vegan cupcakes from this spot!

A little background: We went this past weekend to give them a try since we were looking for a potential place for a birthday cake.I'll start with customer service, TERRIBLE. Idk why but the woman working behind the counter (dark wavy/curly hair) was so rude, she seemed annoyed we were even there and spoke maybe 5 words to us.To make matters worse the cupcakes were flat out subpar. The cake is dry and the frosting was just meh. Super sweet, I've honestly had better from Martins. Idk how this place has as many locations as they do bc sweetcakes is MUCH better and you'll get way better customer service. To summarize, don't waste your time and money.EDIT: I will say that the style and environment of the store is super cute, its very girly and small, it has a cuteness factor to it. So if you're looking for a cute place to take your kiddos, this one would win out!

I got the gluten-free cupcakes, and they were ok but not the best I've had. The woman working that day, on a Sunday, had no customer service skills. So overall, the cupcake was not the best, and the customer service could have been better.

Decent cupcakes, rude customer service. The women working on the day this was posted (looking at you management) was very short and rude with every customer I observed during my wait for me to be serviced. She barked at my GF that we weren't supposed to bring dogs in the store (3 month old puppy we were carrying) instead of just telling us puppies weren't allowed. The customer in front of us was trying to get a receipt of her purchase and she was getting a attitude as well. I've been going to flying cupcake for 8 years and have been to all locations with this one being the first..... Awful, unfriendly service. Doesn't live up to the standards I have come to appreciate. She needs serious coaching.

Pretty average all the way around. Pro tip: Install some LED light strips in your cupcake display case- it was difficult to read the descriptions and see the actual product. Not exactly sure why there was an upcharge for a box to take the cupcake to go- weird.

Nice little cupcake shop. We came here for gluten free cupcakes for a friend and obviously left with more! Friendly lady helped us out and even did a little modification to the cupcake decorations for us.

First time customers at the 82nd Street store. We live in Muncie but stopped in while in Indy for a medical appt. We planned to purchase a half dozen, but opted to only buy 2 since they were so expensive! We have never paid $5 for a cupcake but no others were available. I anticipated a really sweet luscious treat on our return home. Was very disappointed that the cakes were both dry and crumbly and had to be eaten with forks. The half cookie on top of the peanut fluffernut cupcake was soft. I wish I had read the reviews BEFORE my purchase. Certainly not worth what we paid and so glad we didn't try to eat them on the way. Would have been a horrible mess!
