I'm conflicted now, before this would be an easy 5 stars, Im a pretty consistent customer, but today I ordered a chocolate muffin, and they spit on it, I was so shocked, I thought maybe it was my own spit and I was trippin, but that doesn't make any sense. I only ordered a coffee and a muffin, no line, just me. Afternoon, not in the morning just opening, not too late when they're closing. So idk why that would happen, probably a once in a blue moon thing, but it happened

I used to go to the Human Bean when I lived in California, I’m happy to see them in Indy; I come every other week around 5:30 in the morning. Sweetest baristas I’ve ever met and good service all around. Affordable prices and the best cold brew around.

Just a drive through but the coffee was absolutely delicious
I stopped by The Human Bean on Keystone Avenue not realizing it was a drive-thru, but was happy to find a walk-up window and a few clean picnic tables outside. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made for a great experience.
The coffee was excellent, and the muffin was delicious. I especially liked the chocolate-covered coffee bean on top of my drink—a fun touch I hadn’t seen elsewhere.
They also offer rotating drink specials, which makes it a great stop for both coffee lovers and those who prefer other drinks. I enjoyed watching how friendly they were with every customer, even offering treats to pets in the drive-thru.
All around, a warm and pleasant visit. I’ll definitely be back.

I tried the pistachio vanilla iced latte, and my husband ordered the iced eggnog latte. We both found our lattes to be overly sweet, making it difficult to distinguish the individual flavors. Additionally, the espresso was not smooth and had a very acidic taste. On a positive note, the sausage breakfast sandwich was delicious, although it was small for the price. If you enjoy extremely sweet lattes, this is the place for you!

I was super excited I looked them up on online n then boom 💥 My first time going there n I order the green smoothie it was tasteless no favor at all it seems as if I was drinking milk… I will not be going back the drinks looks good but there’s no favor the customer service was excellent though
