Always a great time at the jazz kitchen! Loved Heather Lake- Bays perform some great Christmas traditions.

The show was great. The stories shared during the performance was interesting and the fact of The Jazz Kitchen history was informative. Overall the evening and food was great. 🥰

Show started way earlier than advertised; showed up at the time advertised to find it half done. There was no jazz or rock for the rock and roll jazz Christmas show. The musicians talked more than played music, VERY boring entertainment.
The drinks were impressive in a good way.
The service was poor, people who weren't our server showed up to our table more than our server. They were nice about trying to fix our food, however when everything is 0/10 new food won't be able to fix food that was already bad/undercooked.
On to the food; it was out of this world, we have never been served such awful food. No one in our group had more than a bite of anything. Red flags start at the menu. There's a steak with mayonnaise and pico. Crab cakes with cocktail sauce. Nothing was near the quality of even McDonalds. I don't know who made or executed this menu, however they have no business in the service industry.
We laughed the whole night at the expense of our wallets and how absolutely horrible the food and server were.
0/10, owners should buy a mirror and look at it before going to work. Embarassing.

Idk why people say the food is good, it was comedically bad. The crab cakes were raw my friends burger was very raw and the salad dressing was something else…and to top it off, why do y’all advertise a jazz Christmas event at 630 but open the doors and start at 5, and bro played literally 3 Christmas songs…

We went for my husband's birthday. He had the ribeye, which was ok alone. It was great with the chumicurri topping. I had the glazed pork chops, and they were delightful!
Great atmosphere and music! However, parking is limited.

Food was ok. The performance was great, nice and cozy inside. I recommend the appetizer sampler, was good and nicely portioned for a couple people. Be prepared to walk, parking is on the street and even arriving early I had to park 2 blocks away.

The Jazz Kitchen on a cold Sunday afternoon is the place to be! Marion Meadows came in town on November 30th and December 1st, and I love his music, so I bought a ticket to the 5:30 show, and it was worth every cent! I ordered the sampler, which included crab cakes, fried shrimp, and taquitos. I enjoyed the dish as much as I enjoyed the music! The atmosphere was intimate, yet there was plenty of room to move about for trips to the bathroom or the bar. Now, if you buy 1 ticket like i did, then you may have to sit with nobody at your table or several others who also bought 1 ticket. I'm an introvert, so I was not ready for that. All-in-all, this was a really great experience! I cannot wait to return to The Jazz Kitchen.

Came out for Prince and mj night, and they started 20 minutes late.
They only had 1 option for food chicken tacos. $9.00 for 2 tacos .
It was my first time coming here, and I won't be coming back
The only nice thing I can say was the music was good.

The live music makes for a great atmosphere.
The etouffee was great! Highly recommend it if you go.
Everything else was between typical and underwhelming.
I’d also say that the wine list left a lot to be desired.
Servers were friendly and got the orders right… but relatively nonexistent most of the night, at least until they wanted to turn the table… at the point they hovered a bit.
Overall enjoyable but more because of the music and atmosphere than anything else.

Being a fairly regular, the service was not good. Maybe the wait staff should be rotated when there are multiple shows because the last show, gets the tired irritated staff that's... over it. The show was outstanding, as usual. ❤️

This place is the best. The food is done as a high quality restaurant. The service is the best. For the latino community this place is the best is dacing and Salsa lessons on Thursdays. The vand Pavel and Direct are amazing . The lead singer can sing in spanish and English like nothing.
