The journey was clean, good atmosphere, and good service! Unfortunately, the food was nothing special, it’s not something I would come back and get. There was a lot of fat in the chicken.

Came here for my birthday yesterday and was disappointed that the food was Not the variety or quality it was 5 years ago.Plus, we had two waiters but one of them actually asked for a Tip and we weren't even gone yet. This place may seem fancy, but it's not worth the time or money anymore.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service!!! Irina who seated us was VERY rude when my husband simply asked for a high chair. Then when we were clearly confused as to why she was being so hateful, she asked our party why we are all so rude. I NEVER complain! But, this was all completely unprovoked and uncalled for. We had brought our friends here to eat, a party of 11, and NONE of us will return after such an incident. Kindness goes a LONG way!!! Professionalism goes even farther! For the record, how dare you be so condescending to me when your carpet looks like this!! (See picture below) Way bigger fish to fry than being nasty because we asked you for a high chair!
The Journey is excellent if your into trying other cultural foods. It has really good food that tates good. Some of the foods are Chinese, Japaneese, and African but there is a lot more.

Our first time trying The Journey and we were sadly disappointed. The only thing I actually liked were the pot stickers. Everything else was very sub par and something I put on my plate was so greasy that it coated the rest of the food to the point it was inedible.
