Ordered fried Shrimp/Catfish dinner. It’s not a Red Lobster which is better!! we thought just give it a try!! The Fried Catfish was not all way done/fried, cold in the middle!! The sweet potatoe fries were cold and not crispy enough. I asked for Manager to just drop the item ordered and I just pay for Fried Shrimp!! He said it returns!! He just gave me 4 more shrimp and the redone Sweet potato fried still not as crispy. Well will not return to this place.

It was our first time my husband and I tried this place this past Saturday and it was such a pleasant surprise! Excellent! I had no idea they bring it to your table wrapped in a big plastic bubble that was super cool. Delicious potatoes, shrimp, scallops, and butter, divine! It happened to be a chilly rainy night this past Saturday and it was perfect to be in that environment with all that delicious food. By the way, our wairress was so friendly and nice. She really seemed to care about making us happy. For example, example I debated on whether I should get the water cause some restaurants have yucky water so I was gonna order a Sprite but instead she said, can I bring you out some water and if you don’t like it, then you can order a Sprite. The water was great so I didn’t have to order a Sprite. She wanted to make me happy more than she cared about making the bill higher. I really appreciated that. Now I tend to be very critical when it comes to food because I’ve lived a long time and have cooked for years as well as the fact that being from New York, I’ve had a great variety of amazing food …. So it’s hard to impress me and it’s easy for me to be critical. But this place really did leave me very impressed. Ow It wasn’t cheap, but it was worth it. The chocolate cake was delicious so delicious ! It had like a bottom layer that was like ice cream! Believe me I’m very picky about chocolate cake. I don’t like those fake chemical tasting ones. This was not like that at all. It was amazing. The only thing that we didn’t like that we got was we ordered some soups as appetizers and they were bla.

I really appreciated that The Restaurant was not loud although it was packed. They must’ve done some work when they built the restaurant on soundproofing or acoustics. I’m a highly sensitive person to noise and I find it really distracting. I carry earplugs with me wherever I go in many times I have to put them in in restaurants cause I can’t take how loud it is. Otherwise I hate it when I can hardly hear my husband talk, but we had no trouble. It was so surprising and nice. The bathroom also was clean and nice which says a lot. All in all we will definitely be returning.

Best experience I have had in a long time everything was amazing from the food to the service and fresh fresh fresh. Highly recommend service was so good left a $50 tip.

Do not miss out on this place unbelievable portions to types of sea food. Enjoy

Ordered carry out. Food at a medium level was so spicy we couldn't eat it. $178 flushhhhh.... We generally get the second hottest flavor sauce at BW3. It's not a palletability issue. We love hot food but this was extreme. Hopefully just an accident but be prepared.

Quick, efficient and the seafood was fresh. I received the crawfish with sausage in juicy spices. Full of crawfish and sausage, plus all of my food items were sauced perfectly.

Was seated and the hostess walked away. Sat there for at least 10 minutes without a waiter even acknowledging I was there. Life’s to short I can eat elsewhere.

I'm from the East Coast! This place is too expensive for what you get.

One of my favorite places to eat. I don’t like many kind of seafood but you can never go wrong with a seafood boil here, with some crab legs and some shrimp. They season they’re food just right and I am never disappointed when i leave this place.

I ordered a half pound of mussels and a half pound of clams, the whole bag was filled with sand, every Clam I ate tasted like I was chewing on a sandy beach. Plus, you gave me the biggest mussels I've ever seen in my life- I could throw that half shell like a weapon. It was so big also, full of sand.

Why are you guys not purging bivalves before you sell them to people comment also don't ever sell the size of mussel you did, that isn't baked. My God what a horrible time
