Last time we ate here we ordered King Crab legs that came out dry and freezer burned. The server explained that they couldn’t guarantee the quality but reluctantly agreed to bring some different ones. The new ones were a little better but still not great, definitely not worth what we paid for them.Decided to give them another chance today and arrived with 5 people, with a 6th potentially joining us. The restaurant was nearly empty at 5pm but they refused to seat us until all 6 were there. Since we weren’t sure the other guest was coming, I said we would be ok with a table for 5 since my 2 children needed to eat sooner than later. The hostess said their policy was that “once a party presents for 6, they won’t seat 5”. She then added that there would automatically be an 18% gratuity added because we were a party of 6. Since we didn’t know if or when the 6th would join us and she refused to seat the rest of us, we decided to go to Red Lobster instead and had a much better experience.These things combined with the off-putting signage at the front door mean we won’t be returning unfortunately.

This Place has definitely changed over the last couple of years!Today the Service and Communication is Absolutely Terrible!!! This place needs New Management. Food is okay, However, They need to address *All* Policies even if it’s on a sign or directed in person before anyone orders anything. Myself or My family will NOT be Returning back to this Specific place again.

I went here with my husband and our friend. I think it's safe to say, our friend embraced the juice.This is a fun place to go - a decent variety of seafood for individual boils. Side were good - they have broccoli and cauliflower smothered in butter sauce. The hush puppies were delicious. Worth the experience!

The fried fish, oysters and onion rings needed more season, didn't taste very good. The seafood in the bag - shrimp, corn and potatoes was good; however, the the cluster of crab legs was a rip off for the price, small skinny legs! Too little food for the price! The waitress was kind and friendly.

The food is great, love the crab legs! And what's more impressive is the professionalism exhibited by the manager. We sat behind a lady who was unhappy with her meal (she wanted Cajun seasoning without any spice ?) and then wanted a refund. The manager stayed calm and kind all while trying to stick to the restaurant policy of no refunds and trying to make it right for the lady (even when this lady started getting REAL Karen-y).The "no refunds" is not small on the menu just fyi lol and I definitely don't think the customer is always right. Love to see this.
We ordered takeout; the clams were delicious. The Whiting tasted "fishy". The oysters did not taste fresh or else the oil was old; anyway I couldn't finish them. Disappointing first experience with this restaurant today. However, the establishment did appear clean & the cashier was very pleasant.

Hey used to go here all the time for special occasions. We went there last Saturday night, my grandson is the only one who had crab legs, he got food poisoning! He had to be hospitalized! We will never eat there again!!!!

I've been to this place multiple times and the first couple of times the food was in point. Then a handful of time I order crab legs wth shrimp etc either the shrimps are over boiled or reboiled and their hard. But the snowcrabs is wht done it for me. Ik when crablegs are fresh and when their old. This place has repeated given me old and cold snowcrab. Like straight out the freezer cold snowcrab. They took them to the back and resteamed them and brought them back without seasoning on them and told me it would cost extra to rebuild them wth seasoning on them. I won't come back to this place.
