My wife found this little spot when we decided to have dinner. Being from out of town we just kind of look on Yelp and Google for places to go. Let me say the service is great, the food is amazing. The staff very friendly and attentive (but not intrusive). I would give them 5 stars however parking could be a challenge. We found a place behind the building in the alley and there is street parking as well. We will come back again.

I had tandoori chicken and it came with the rice, my husband had medium spicy biryani shrimp. The food was delicious and the service is excellent. We definitely will comeback next time when we trip to IndianapolisParking: We found a spot behind the building.

Food is average for Indian cuisine which I do really enjoy. The sauces had good flavor but were lacking in meat and vegetables. Service was ok until we had finished. We had just finished dinner and were enjoying our guests when the Mgr (?) cafe to our table and said we need you to leave, we have other guests waiting. That's a first for me!! Had we been sitting for 20 minutes I could see some gentle encouragement such as "mss as y I get you anything else"?, but that was not the case. The check came with the last entrees and a card placed on the table all before we had finished eating. So mediocre food and rude personnel made for my last visit. I recommend Amber Indian on Meridian for better food, service and atmosphere.

Get a big bowl of sauce with a few pieces of chicken can't be more than 4oz of chicken for a $16 entree.. EXTREMELY SMALL PORTIONS buyer beware.

The food was fabulous. The service was good and was a memorable experience overall. after we were pretty much done the older lady came over and wanted to make sure everything was OK and the server was quite caring as well and explained everything because we're not that familiar with Indian food.

I love Little India! It's so easy to get to. It's right down 52nd, on the corner of College Ave. The parking lot is small so I usually park right in front of the restaurant on the street. It's so cute on the inside, such an intimate and cozy space. A friend of mine first introduced me to this spot, and I was thoroughly pleased. As a person that eats vegan food, I love going to a restaurant that has multiple options for me. It makes eating out with my non vegan friends joyful. I am always provided with the best care and service. I feel invited and seen. I am even accommodated when I ask for "no spice" lol. I am not a fan of spicy food, so I get my Chana masala with no spice because the mild can still be too much for me lol. It might take a little longer to be prepared but I'm patient and grateful. The breads aren't vegan BUT if you're really nice you may get them to make you a vegan garlic roti. I always get mango juice with my meal, highly suggested. I usually pop in on whim just like I did today. I didn't even think about it being Valentine's Day. I'd never seen it so busy, but I was happy to see everyone so happy enjoying their food. I waited patiently for my takeout and flew home to eat. I'm dozing off writing this review I'm fat and full lol. Check them out!

Gobi Manchurian and Garlic Naan were amazing. Paneer Tikka Masala was too sweet and not spicy at all, there weren’t enough pieces of paneer and gravy was too thin and runny.Vegetarian options: Indian food = haven for vegetarians
