We venture to the Melting Pot in Indy about 3-4 times a year. We had one of the absolute best experiences at the Melting Pot this last time. Our servers were a lot of fun and checking on us just enough to make sure that we had what we needed but we never felt rushed. We celebrated my birthday, which made it fun and enjoyed our time together with great food and yummy drinks. I have a hearing disability and the manager was discreet and accommodating to care to adjust the music level. He also checked on us a few times to make sure we were having a great time. We love going to the Melting Pot and look forward to our next visit. Also donate to St Jude there for a great cause.

There was a lot of fighting and cussing going on in the kitchen and we sat right outside of the doors. Not sure what was going on but there was some intense yelling.

Service was slow. Took 2.5 hours for dinner. That is much longer than what we normally experience here. They also messed up our entree order.

My wife and I always enjoy going to the Melting Pot... Everything is top notch...If you go ask for Anthony. He's very charismatic, prompt and truly enjoys his time as a server. The manager is really nice and always comes to make sure we enjoyed ourselves.

We started out strong, 2 cheeses and salads, delicious! Then the failure comes, Server burnt our oil, our meat looked like charcoal on the outside but raw on the inside when we were told to go ahead, oil was ready. We then had to wait for a new pot to of oil, but our server was nowhere to be found most of our meal, my daughter got one soda refill, we sat with watered down sodas, or empty most of the meal. I have been eating here since Bennett opened this place years ago, I have never had such bad service. Never got the batter for stuffed mushrooms and our chocolate never got warm. Server got an attitude when we snagged someone to tell them about our oil. It was $150 dinner that was horrible. I would have talked to the manager, but she wasn't around when we finally got our food. I know it was a slower night, I know we weren't the only ones unhappy, I heard another table say that they would never be back. I am mad that we had one night to go to dinner, we chose this experience because I frequently go here for celebrations. So disappointed!

Caleb was the definition of what melting pot stands for. Class, excellence, and expertise. He was extremely knowledgeable about menus and options, to the point where he knew which combos and menu items would go well together. My wife and I had an excellent time for her birthday. The melting is incredible, and Caleb showcased it.
