We had a great evening at the Melting Pot - Castleton! I booked the reservation through OpenTable for a Saturday night during Devour Indy Winterfest, I knew it would be busy. Despite arriving a few minutes early, we were seated within 15 minutes of arrival, the hostesses were polite and on-top of things. Our server was Cantrell, he was very knowledgeable and personable, and provided us with a great experience. He kept our meal moving along (all four courses) and kept our drinks...
