Unfortunately, this was a really disappointing experience. After being seated, my boyfriend and I waited 25 minutes without any acknowledgment. During that time, the server attended to the table next to us multiple times but never greeted us. Only after my boyfriend spoke to the host did our server finally come over. To make matters worse, once we were able to order, the dish my boyfriend wanted had already sold out. The lack of attentiveness really overshadowed our visit.
I have been here before and always have a great experience with service and delicious food. On an extremely cold night in Indy, met up with an old friend for a great evening of conversation and yummy food. I highly recommend trying The Northside Social if you haven't ; and if it's been a while, give it a try again, soon. It's worth it!
Best meal we had in Indianapolis by far! Appetizers were enjoyed- the meatballs and a crab dish, I think. We were a groups of 5 and all enjoyed our food. A bit expensive but in my opinion, worth it!
