The food and the service were absolutely exemplary! I wanted to give a shout out to the two ladies who ran to assist my daughter-in-law when she and her newborn fell into a pothole in the parking lot beside the building (that is not owned by this restaurant.) Thank you SO MUCH for being such kind human beings! Thank you for so lovingly, tending to her baby. Thank you for caring helping her get to her feet. I can’t tell you enough how much I appreciate your continued care throughout the entire visit. And while all this was going on unknown to our waitress, she was patient and kind, and never once expressed any frustration. She served us food that we devoured! We will be coming back!

First time eating here. We were in town for the Bands of America competition at Lucas Oil Stadium. We walked in around 11:45 am on Friday and it wasn't busy. The place looked really nice and inviting. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had the garlic cheesebread appetizer and it was very good. Their spaghetti, however, was bland. My wife had the marina sauce, my son had the Sicilian meatballs with meat sauce, and I had the Meat Treat (meatballs, Italian sausage, and meat sauce). We all agreed the sauces were bland. My wife and I agreed we'd had better sauce from a jar (like Ragu). Their sauce could really use some Italian seasonings like oregano and basil. My Italian sausage was very good and flavorful though. Meatballs were average. The spumoni gellato we had for desert was very good.

The Old Spaghetti Factory where I had made dinner reservations for me & my daughter preceding the “Pink” concert was a disappointment...the food I make at home is waaaay better....they've just gone downhill...the salad was only iceberg lettuce and watered down ranch dressing that wasn't great with a few croutons on top...no cheese or anything on it...

We got a chicken and broccoli fettuccini which everything was good except the sauce which also tasted very watered down and didn't stick to the other food at all....the bread & butter was pretty bland, nothing to write home about there either...thank goodness we shared...

It's a cool atmosphere. Thought it would be a cool place to take my kids. We got seated at a table right away and then I had all of the servers parade by us and no one stopped to take our order, or bring us water or anything. Other parties came in and sat down after us and they received service right away. I don't know if it's just my face or what but after 16 minutes the kids and I got up and we left.

I will never come to this restaurant again after getting a $45 ticket in the parking lot right next to the restaurant. There is nobody working, and the app did not work when we tried paying. I have had a hostess tell me you should be fine parking there. They should need to be telling people this.

We are from out of town and came across old spaghetti factory and were very excited to try it. However we left very disappointed. The chicken fettuccine had no seasoning, was very plain, not even black pepper. Chicken breast was tiny, and both the chicken and broccoli tasted frozen and bland. The minestrone soup was luke warm (if that) I have actually had hotter soup for take out than it was for dine in. Salad and meatballs were good. Our service also wasn’t the best either, staff talking back and forth to each other about not wanting their tables and offering trades and made it very apparent they did not want to be there, so all around we left unsatisfied and ended up ordering food for delivery at our hotel.

I mean, it's decent chain food. If you have been to one, you have been to them all. Food is decent. Service is usually pretty good. Pricing isn't bad.

Kid-friendliness: Kids menu. Kiddos get a coloring/activity sheet that doubles as a conductor hat. It's cute.
