The Old Spaghetti Factory

My family and I visited and were not impressed with the food. I don't like to badmouth an establishment but the food was terrible. It's not my first time going and I guess that's why in disappointed. The service was excellent!!

Our daughter asked if we could eat at the Old Spaghetti Factory while we were in Indy and we are so glad we said yes. She loved eating in the trolley and her cotton candy lemonade. It made her day (and ours)!

Our server, Adkins, was amazing. He was personable and provided the best service we have had in years at any restaurant. Our daughter said he provided 10/10 service.

One family member is gluten-free and they have a good selection of dishes available in that category as well.

The food was as expected, not bad, not great. We were disappointed in 9 people being put at a table big enough for 6. Even the person dropping off bread made a comment about there being no where to put the bread due to space. There was a larger table available behind us. The hostess said we could not move because there were back to back reservation for the same table. Restaurant closed at 10:30, we left around 9:15 and the table was never used. We did have a reservation for 9 people. I would not complain, but lying at all is bad, but especially when you could see the party was not fitting at the table is crazy.

Our server was Kimberly! She was wonderful and gave us great service. We loved the atmosphere. That night the restaurant was packed as the FFA convention was in town. We were told it would be over an hour wait. But, we were seated within 30 minutes. The food was delicious, so it was a great evening.

Come on guys. Get it together. I was just hoping for a good, nostalgic dinner.
I love seeing teamwork--but maybe include the guest next time. The host stand chat looked fun, but I prefer dinner over improv. I never even made it to a table.
Maybe the two goofs up front--one of whom couldn't even turn around to acknowledge me--could help someone get a meal next time. Honestly, they probably saved me a disappointment if the other reviews are anything to go by

Food was awesome and really good service for being short handed. My 8 YO granddaughter's favorite food is spaghetti and she said this is the best she has ever had. Thanks OSF.

we went there for my birthday and they were very accommodating. We thought we would shop before eating- but everything was shut down. We were able to move our reservations up. The food was delicious

Beautiful atmosphere, old world decor. Food good, but Spinach & Artichoke Dip was very dry and pasty. They gracefully let me return for another selection!

I usually go to the one in San Jose, CA, and I loved this one in Indianapolis. It's very nice and cozy, the staff is super friendly, and the dresser is of good quality, as always. Excellent to enjoy a birthday dinner 🥰❤️
