Slow service, which wasn't terrible, but the steak tacos were 90% gristle and cartilage. Completely unchewable. Flavor was okay though. Cheese curds and pretzel sticks with beer cheese were decent.

Just found out and very disappointed that they are no longer doing live music. I was told that they want to go to more of a sports bar theme. Indy has enough of those already, people enjoy live music. We will now have to find a different brewery to go and listen to live music.

The food looked good but it made my friend very sick after two bites and she never ate anything else on her plate. I liked the firecracker shrimp but it was a very small shareable for the price it was. My first time eating here but it’s definitely my last. This place is not for me.

The Tap is what it’s designed to be — a step above bar food, a nice modern design with a spacious outdoor area … as a starting point for nightlife.
It’s *noisy* when busy — the music is loud, inside and outside, and if you are outside, the traffic (both street and sidewalk) is often very, very noisy.
Expect to spend your meal shouting.

I went to the Tap recently for the first time with my girlfriend. We loved all the beer selections and our server Sarah was phenomenal. It made the night more enjoyable having someone as positive as her. Would definitely be coming back.

When we walked in, no one greeted us. We sat ourselves and like roughly after 2-3 minutes we were met with menus slammed on the table and still, no greeting, would you like drinks, hello, none of that, just dropped menus off and left, so rude!!! Then another rep came, she was on the phone and brought us water and again while on the phone, no - sorry, give me one minute, I’ll be right with you, just dropped the waters and left. Absolutely will not be patronizing this restaurant ever, not even on anyone else’s bill. Just horrible!!! This happened today 3 Oct 24 @ roughly 1:15pm If I could give a negative star rating I would. Just imagine that happening to you! We got up and left!!!
