Working at the ICC, I wandered in on my lunch break to an empty joint, (day after christmas at 12:30 pm) save the bartender and cook. Friendly and attentive, I ordered and received my wings hecka quick. Like a cheetah, or a really fast bunny. Just got back to work and sat down and had my first wing. I have NO idea what they're doing here that no one else can seem to replicate, but these are the BEST WINGS IN INDY period, I don't care. Absolute perfection. I'll be back another 1,000 lunch breaks.

Got kicked out by an old waitress because we didn’t order food and were “wasting her table and space”. We were pounding drinks and planned on staying all night until we were basically told to leave because we were only drinking… AT A BAR. Do not recommend. Then she proceeded to sit on customers laps. There are multiple other bars in the area, do yourself a favor and choose any of the other ones.

This the best place before, during, or after an event at Lucas Oil Stadium!

We had excellent service and solid bar food. It may be a small little hole in the wall spot but it’s got a great location near Lucas Oil Stadium, cold drinks, hot food, and their train whistle makes it a cool little unique spot to warm up or cool down

Came on a Tuesday and it was pretty quiet. I ordered really good margarita and delicious ghost pepper duck wings. Such a great value for the price. And the staff was really kind. Will definitely come back at some point.

Previous review was for a different place. Unfortunately I can't reply to the owner to apologize. Loved visiting this place and will definitely be back in the future.

My best friend and I recently visited Indianapolis this past weekend for the Taylor Swift concert. While there we discovered this little gem of a bar. It had an amazing atmosphere.. great Taylor Swift themed menu and an extensive drink selection and by far the best service we encountered on our trip. It’s reasonably priced which is also a plus. We had so much fun on Saturday that we returned on Sunday and without fail had the same amazing experience! Thank you Whistle Stop Inn for making our trip so fun and memorable! And a special thank you to our amazing bartenders Ashely and Meg! You ladies are the best! This industry needs more bars and bartenders such as yourselves! We will be returning to visit soon!
