I had been meaning to make time to stop in and try the food at Three Carrots for a while, and I finally was able to find the time this past fall (2019). They had a wonderful menu full of vegan/vegetarian options, and I was even able to find some gluten-free items on the menu. The first thing that I noticed was the significant difference with the weather. It was cold with the sun nowhere to be seen. Already, I missed the hot and humid weather of Texas. I braved the cold getting into the Uber and my stomach grumbling for the fourth time since I left Indianapolis International Airport reminding me to feed it.

Loved their nachos! Its hard to find "cheese" that is vegan and tastes great! Would recommend to anyone who is trying to eat better and willing to try something different.
