I bought 3 pack of tortillas Oct 4 for my daughter’s bday party, I was going to cook for her birthday party. When I got home I was getting ready to make my dish. I opened the first pack of tortillas and there was mold on the tortillas. I opened the other 2 packs and they had mold on them too. I was upset because I bought more than 1 pack and didn’t get to use any. I didn’t go to the store the next day due to us being busy but went back today (Oct 6) to ask for a refund. When I went to the store they said they couldn’t refund the money. They said I could get 3 new packs. At that point I did not want 3 new packs because I had no reason to use them anymore, the party was on Saturday and I needed them for Saturday. I think it’s ridiculous that they couldn’t refund me my money back for a product that I didn’t not get to use. Please do not buy from this store! They know how hard it’s been for people to buy groceries due to inflation and the increase of recalls, they could’ve gave me my money back. I’m not upset that I lost $. I’m upset because I didn’t get to use the product. These businesses don’t care about their customers anymore.

I want to congratulate you, for being so humble and kind to your clients, my respects to you.
The cashier is very rude and also mocking (girl with glasses). It's okay not to find cashiers but don't put cashiers who are rude to the customer. Remember that you come back with the treatment you receive. So they don't even want to go back to that store. Store managers should talk to the cashiers when they hire them and tell them what being a cashier entails and not to be rude to customers no matter how bad they are.
