My friends and I have had Tea at Tilly’s twice.
The first time there was hair on our sandwich
The second time plastic in my cucumber sandwich.
Neither time did a manager speak with my table.
The Service was very slow.
We will not return for a third try.

I made reservations for 4 online several weeks in advance. When we arrived, on time, we could not get a table for over 5 minutes even though there were 2 tables that were empty that seated 4. I finally asked to be seated at one of them and we got seated. Not enough staff and it took quite awhile before we were able to order and then again before the food arrived. Food was good but nothing special. My group of 4 will sadly not be returning to this establishment.
This is a very pretty tea room. It's clean, has nice decor, and isn't noisy. The parking was convenient. We had a wonderful waitress. She was very friendly and kind. The tea was nothing exceptional and the food wasn't great. The scones were terrible, no taste and hard as a rock. For the price I expected more.
If you're going for tea, the price online differs from the menu and it was very, very slow to come out. However our server was delightful and the setting is pretty.
Mediocre afternoon with friends, server misrepresented the menu items and then charged us for every single item separately. Food and coffee was cold and Costco bought at best. Paid over $100 for 4 tea, scones, 4 cups of veg broth soup! Please save your money and go somewhere else. Better yet , if you have some tea bags and sconce ,butter and jelly, you could do it home! Really disappointed 😞

We had a lovely tea at Tilly's. We did high tea and the sandwiches were delicious. We got so full we couldn't make it past 1/2 a scone. Tea service was lovely. And the atmosphere of the tea room is chic and feels upscale next generation high tea. Holly, our server, was an absolute delighted and provided for an elevated experience.
My daughters and I celebrated a birthday there and had the afternoon tea. Our server, Holly, was outstanding. Loved the orange cake!
We enjoyed our lunch, the tea was wonderful! All of the unique touches make Tilly's very fun (tea cups, menu items) I will be back!
Holly was an amazing help in determining what we ordered for food and tea as well as a wonderful ambassador in sharing about the story behind Tilly's Tea Room and Max & Tilly's right next door. Say yes to the bread pudding/blueberry spotted dick- delicious!
Although the atmosphere here is lovely, unfortunately the food leaves a lot to be desired! It is a bit pricey but definitely not worth it.

We got an afternoon tea. The ginger spice tea was very good! The finger sandwiches were ok. The scone was the best part and the little cakes were also ok. The decorations are pretty and it's a nice place to have a pot of tea and chat.
My daughter and I went for afternoon tea. The food and tea were delicious. Holly, our server, was wonderful! She was so kind and attentive.

Tilly’s Tea Room is the number 1 place to get tea in all of America! They have endless flavors of tea! I recommend Share an Afternoon Tea with a Friend, it’s less expensive than Afternoon Tea, but it’s perfect for 2 people. You get a tea tower with sandwiches of your choice, mini desserts, and scones with whipped butter and daily jam. It’s great for a girl’s day out.
