Cute place. Unfortunately they were short staffed so it was a long wait for food! Server was sweet!
Lovely afternoon spent with my mom. Could not have asked for a better experience, wonderful service! We will be returning👌🏼
We were seated for an hour and 20 minutes before our food came, which is pretty inexcusable since the menu is premade, limited, and set. The restaurant wasn't busy either. There were maybe 5 other sets of diners in a restaurant I would say seats around 100. There was little the wait staff did to rectify it too. When our tea pots went cold, we weren't even given a fresh pot. They just poured hot water over the old bag. After around an hour, we were offered a scone though. Our daughter's princess tea tower came out first, and it was clear she was so hungry she was going to down the whole thing in 5 minutes, which worried my mother and me as there was no sign of the tower we had ordered. I made her stop eating, and our tower did arrive about 10 minutes later. The food was excellent, but we were so stressed by the long wait in a nearly empty dining room. I wish I could say we enjoyed ourselves, but I won't return.
Tilly's Tea Room is simply marvelous. I have been there twice now. It's an extremely classy place to go to. I love the restaurant decor. I have ordered the high tea both times I have gone. It's wonderful.......the tea tastes delightful and the food is simply amazing. I would definitely recommend you to go and experience high tea at Tilly's. I feel like I'm In London England when I go there.
Food was delicious and had a large selection of teas. Service was superior. The inside of the tea shop is lovely with blue velvet chairs and marble walls.
We were very disappointed with Tilly's. It was very overpriced and the food was just ok. One of our party is gluten free and the sandwiches were open faced and not a whole sandwich. It seemed like a much smaller portion than the non gluten free tea sandwiches and there is an additional cost for gf. It is also very confusing as there is no outside signage for the tea room. The decor inside is cold and modern. We definitely were underwhelmed with the whole experience.
Celebrates my mom's birthday at Tilly's. It was a great experience. She loved everything. It was her first time experiencing an afternoon tea! I'm appreciative I could spend this experience with her!
Oh my goodness, this place is beautiful and the 2 staff ladies were just lovely! We all really enjoyed our food and tea. My friend enjoyed her Diet Coke:) We ordered the traditional tea for $45 and a couple of other items: Chicken Velvet Soup and a Chicken Salad Croissant. Everything was very yummy-the egg salad, the cucumber sandwiches, and the soup. The tiny desserts were yummy too. A fun place for everyone, but it is a very quiet and beautiful place, so maybe not for a time when the kids need to run around and be energetic. Please go. You don't have to have tea. It's just a sweet, lovely experience for a luncheon or an afternoon break.
Definitely a cute place for girls to hang out. Service was good. One waitress seemed she needed more training though. She talked too quietly I couldn't barely hear her even though the place was quiet. First she bright out soup without a spoon so we had to wait for it. She served us a tea spoon, not a soup spoon. Food came out but she forgot to give us a plates. We had to waive at other waitress for the plates. Food was just ok but teas were excellent.
My sister in law and I went in for afternoon tea. We were immediately sat and greeted by our wonderful server. She was amazing and gave great suggestions on teas and finger sandwiches to try. We split the afternoon tea and were stuffed when we left. Great experience! We both want to come back again.

A really nice place to go for tea or lunch. Our server was so nice . The atmosphere is calming because it isn't noisy. The tea food was really delicious. So glad Tilley's is back. It was worth the wait.❤️
I love this place. I have been there multiple times. The last time I went was their last day before they closed at Sak’s. They accommodated allergies. We had a group of 8 for the traditional tea. It was a lovely time. The owner is a gracious and sweet woman. I definitely will go to their new location when it opens and can’t wait to try Max and Tilly’s, their new fish and chips location!

Super annoyed! I booked my reservation over a month ago for a bachelorette party. Two days ago I received an email (after they had already closed for the day) saying my reservation was cancelled! I go to their website to contact them to see why it was cancelled since the email provided NO context and I see that they’re closing. The least they could’ve done was provide an email saying why they were cancelling.
Went to their Facebook page to see when they announced they were closing since I booked OVER A MONTH AGO, to see that their latest post says they’re continuing booking events at partnered locations? Okay, so why was my reservation cancelled with no notice or reason instead of contacting me to see if we would be able to go to another location?
This would’ve been our first time visiting and the whole party was super excited since we’ve heard great things but this was a completely unprofessional way of handling customers. So disappointed.
was just straight up a terrible time. we arrived was welcomed with menus and for whatever reason we weren’t able to order our own selection of food. what we received was basically their sample plate which was $35 PER person. with this being said the food was just absolutely mid. nothing special about anything on the plates. best thing they had was the water. then they just decided to add 20% gratuity without permission. i had initially planned on tipping more but with being said my experience is not what i had hoped for the money. i paid for 12 puny items that had little to no flavor. thanks for wasting my time and money.

I took my two daughters, sister and niece to tea at Tillys. It took an hour to receive water for the table and a little over an hour for our tea service. The waitress was a little detached. The sandwiches had great flavor except the bread was hard, you could tell they were made in advance. The assortment of teas were good. The tea came out tepid at best. The princess tea was cute but not enough food for a 7 year old. We did enjoy the experience and our time together. Be prepared to spend a little over 2 hours there. And we stopped for pizza on our way home.
