I took my two daughters, sister and niece to tea at Tillys. It took an hour to receive water for the table and a little over an hour for our tea service. The waitress was a little detached. The sandwiches had great flavor except the bread was hard, you could tell they were made in advance. The assortment of teas were good. The tea came out tepid at best. The princess tea was cute but not enough food for a 7 year old. We did enjoy the experience and our time together. Be prepared to spend a little over 2 hours there. And we stopped for pizza on our way home.

My mom and I came here on a Saturday afternoon to do something a little different for lunch. It's a convenient location as you can do some shopping and then pop in for a break! The decor is a little hokey but still fun! We got the afternoon tea which comes with 3 sandwiches (egg salad, cucumber, and your choice), a rotating scone with jam and clotted cream, and 4 little desserts. The scone the day we went was a coco cherry and it was absolutely delicious!!! The sandwiches are cute but nothing I couldn't make myself. We added on an extra pot of tea, so we got the passion fruit one a vanilla. The vanilla was so good, we almost got another pot!! It's $35 a person and an extra 12.50 for another pot of tea. Based on the small amount of food you get, I don't know if it's fully worth the $35. Also good to note that a 20% tip is included in the bill regardless of party size or price. I didn't see it anywhere on the menu, so just a warning! I wish they used cuter dish ware!! A place that does high tea should have the cutesy plates, tea cups and saucers, and pots. All of it was plain and kinda boring to look at. A missed opportunity for sure. It was a fun thing to do on a Saturday but not something I would do on the regular.

I cannot say enough good about this place. I wanted to do something special for my Mom's 70th birthday. Some things caused us to be late for our reservation, but Debbie was absolutely incredible making sure we still had the opportunity to enjoy the experience to its fullest. She was so accommodating and made sure that we didn't feel rushed. Everything was just so perfect from the service and presentation to the atmosphere and taste of every single item. We loved our afternoon tea. We did afternoon tea and share with a friend and the amounts were perfect for the two of us. The display of the teas and all the treats were perfectly charming. We loved each of the finger sandwiches and the scones and desserts were amazing. I can't wait to come again whenever we have a celebration that we want to add a special touch to.

Very difficult to find due to being in Saks on the 3rd level but there is no signage. Had reservations, but our table was given to a walk in. And then when we got a table we waited for over an hour and never got our food. We got our tea but it was about 30 minutes into the wait. We had to drink it as it got cold waiting for the food. We ended up just leaving some money for the tea and leaving because we had other plans we did not want to be late for.

Felt really ripped off by this place. Got the feeling that they don't really care about service when we left there because they have 20% gratuity added to the bill no matter what size your party (which we didn't know until we paid and would not have left 20% for the service we got) It was my first time in today and I wasn't impressed. We made reservations and it was for my nieces 8th birthday celebration. We had high hopes for this place. There was a bridal shower so they were busy but really dropped the ball when it came to helping anyone else out at the restaurant. If you know a large party is coming you should be more prepared and not let service suffer for everyone else. It took over an hour to get our food luckily we order almost right when we got there too or it would have been longer. When we finally got our food we didn't have any silverware so we couldn't even eat our food. My sister was missing the chicken on her salad and I was missing my dressing for my salad and soup. It took about 30 minutes to get our check and I had to go hunt someone down to pay. Needless to say we won't be coming back or recommend this place. Food was okay although I was starving so would have take anything at that point but not worth the price and not worth the 20 percent already added gratuity. Unimpressed with the table settings, China wear and the tea it was very weak. (Even though they display very beautiful table settings that no one is sitting at) Most of the time these places are a little overpriced but you are paying for the atmosphere and experience too but that very much was lacking here.

A cute little nook on the 3rd floor of Saks Fifth. From the set up to the theme being executed, this is the perfect place to gather with the girls. Our waitress was cheerful and accommodating. We even had the chef willingly come out to help individualize part of our order. There are not many meat free options listed but the chef uniquely designed a substitution for me. The food is cute and yummy. They have a special kid's menu that will help your kid to feel just like a princess/prince. We have a wonderful time.

Waitress did not acknowledge us for an hour! Yes an hour! Took another hour for our food. Never checked on us or refilled drinks. Horrible service and food. Was forced to tip 30% for a long wait and the food was not good. Left today and will not be back.

Located on the 3rd floor of Sak's 5th Ave in the Keystone mall sits a delightful tea room with sparkle and all things lovely. Our server Debbie, was excellent in guiding our selections. While some chose the Afternoon Tea which consisted of 3 tiers of tea sandwiches, scone w/ clotted cream and an English jam of choice (all sounding delicious), and mini desserts all amply satisfying amounts to enjoy, I chose the Pair Two-a salad of choice and a sandwich choice w a choice of bread. It was all good and the pleasant atmosphere is perfect to top off your shopping at the mall. Prices seem reasonable. Seating is not crowded and there are areas to snap some photos to make any special occasion there unforgettable. They also have tea sets, jams as well as some other pretties to purchase.

Such a fun experience! Went here with my mom and toddler and had the best experience! You will definitely need a reservation, especially if planning to go on a Saturday as there is not room for walk-ins on weekends. We made our reservation about a week in advance. When we arrived, we were greeted by name by the owner, Sharon! Very nice touch as it let me know they are very aware of their reservations! She was very sweet and kindly showed us to our table! She even came back and took our order!

Tilly's Tea Room is a charming place to get together for lunch with friends while having an afternoon tea experience! I got my bridal party together for an afternoon tea party prior to wedding dress shopping. When I made the reservation, the hostess was very accommodating and booked us for the earliest they open on Saturday. Lovely experience enjoying afternoon tea with fun ceramic tea pot, tea cups, finger sandwiches, scones, and mini desserts.

I took my kids for my daughters birthday and we loved it. Our server Debbie was so pleasant. They was a little busy but she was on it. It was our first time there and she took her time explaining to us everything we asked. The tea was so good my 17 year old son wants to come back just for that. The scones just melted in my mouth. I so happy someone told me about this place. Definitely coming back!!!
