I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant sandwich, and when I took a bite into my sandwich it was super super sweet usually it’s never sweet. Turns out it was the bacon that was sweet which I never asked for sweet or maple bacon. Also the bread was super hard.

I can never seem to enjoy my coffee here sometimes , i supported this business when the first open , I have felt like these people think that there actually buying my coffee for me which would be nice but not!! I ask for a latte and when I was given my latte it looked and tasted like chocolate milk took it back and told I believe the owner if he could check it , he said he would check it , I really given this place several try’s and I am done , I will give another location a try ! Thank

I love their coffee! The options an flavors are a plus for me. Dunkin coffee is in the middle if you compare it to Starbucks or McDonalds. Its not bougie lol

I was really disappointed with the quality of the donuts here. It’s clear they’re not fresh—likely leftover from the previous day(s). The icing dries out quickly, and the donuts aren’t even warmed up to improve the experience. Serving stale donuts isn’t acceptable, especially when freshness is expected. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they make improvement's.

The people here are some of the nicest employees and this is one of my favorite restaurants. Unfortunately I keep getting day old Donuts and every time I order an ice drink it is filled to the top of the glass. I started ordering less ice and it is still 1 inch above the large drink fill line after I finished it, so I know the ice has melted some. I stopped going to Starbucks because of this, but this location is ripping me off. Subway and Starbucks both had a class action lawsuit because of not making their product as advertised, be careful Dunkin...

They can never get the order right. They never understand what you are ordering even when you are saying exactly what the menu says. They give you items you didn't order. Sometimes dont give you everything you ordered. Sometimes the food is stale and hard. Sometimes you get ice coffee even when you say hot/no ice. They just don't listen and throw everything together and then somehow misplace the receipt and shrug at you when you do back through saying your whole order is wrong. They are a disaster. Better go to a different dunkin for a better experience. This has happened at this dunkin so many times. I am tired of trying to give them chances to try and redeem themselves. Doesn't matter if they are busy or slow something is ALWAYS wrong with the order. It's obnoxious.

The absolute sweetest people work here! They are very well organized and I have not seen 1 mistake or missing item when I get my order. I'm super happy they opened this location and it is my (and my husband's) regular go to Dunkin location.
Love Pendleton Dunkin. Rarely go to Starbucks. Staff is friendly, pleasant and polite. And of course, love the sweet tea and donuts.

Made an online order this morning. Arrived to the store. My drink was done and sitting there but my donut was not. No one asked me my name for 5 minutes. The employee came over asked my name saw I had a donut and shouted that I had one with my order to other employees but just sat there messing with receipts. Worst service and food quality sucks from my past experiences. Left without my donut. Won’t be back to this location.
