The staff are all hard workers capable of doing all the tasks they are met with. They already do so much so it is unfortunate they have to deal with arrogant and rude customers that limit them over petty excuses. They work efficiently while still serving others.
Out of all of the Dunkin Donuts I've been to, so far these guys are the best. This is coming from a native New Yorker.
