Don't even bother with coming to Tim Hortons. I actually never write reviews or complain but here are some reasons why you shouldn't bother based on the couple of chances I have given them. I understand that this is a new location and new to the Indy area so I would expect a wait. However I would like someone to help me understand why it took 25 minutes from ORDERING to actually getting to my order. There were only two cars ahead of me what are you doing guys ? That's ridiculous. I already had wait 15 minutes to order for you to tell me you're out of dark roast coffee, which brought two thoughts to my mind firstly, how do you run out ? You know you're going to be super busy ? Wouldn't it have be proactive to order more than you need that way you're covered for the days that you can't get deliveries? Secondly wouldn't it have been considerate to put up a sign saying you're out that way people don't wait for 15 minutes to find out you guys don't know how to plan for shortages ? Not only that I probably could have forgiven this all but you had to put the dude with no personality on the window. Didn't apologize for the wait , didn't even thank us for our order. Just looked at us with look of “I can't be bothered with this.” I had asked him when I originally ordered 25 minutes earlier to add an extra shot of espresso to my coffee but the kid decided that an extra shot of vanilla would have been better. 25 minutes guys and you still can't get my order right. This place is a joke. Don't waste your time. Stick to Starbucks or even McCafe. To summarize: 40 minutes wait total to be given your order that was wrong from a dude who couldn't be bothered. Don't waste your time.

Finally a Tim Hortons in the 317! I've been waiting for you for years. No more driving to Toledo or Detroit for this. I would literally buy the entire display f canned fine grind. The coffee is the best but the soup and sandwiches at lunch are very good too. The drive up service is a little slow, but this one is new. They will get up to speed over time. One recommendation would be a plain Timbit for my dog would be a lovely gesture.

Timmies, welcome to central Indiana! I first visited in Ohio, and then in Fort Wayne, glad to finally have Tim Hortons closer than 2 hours away! This new location is very nice and clean! Today it looks like some upper management is in checking out the store. I was looking forward to the roll up the rim promotion but I guess that's only in Canada. Hope to visit here more in the future and I look forward to more Tim Hortons locations coming to Indiana!

Their donuts, wraps, and coffee are good but their service, not so much. I visited this location 3 times now only one of which was my order correct. First time I went, my wife and I ate inside to get the full experience. Service was hectic and they forgot my muffin. I figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt for being extra busy and try again. Second trip I had to go inside, after going through the long drive through line, because they shorted me $3 when giving change. Lastly, today my wife requested we give it the "3rd times a charm" try for breakfast this morning. Made a special trip with a specifically picked list of doughnuts so my daughter and other family could try them for the first time, only to return and find the entire order was wrong. They'd given my the wrong box. Correct coffee, correct Tim bits, wrong dozen. Was really hoping to love it after hearing about it but 3rd times a charm, I'll stick to other breakfast places until they slow down a lot, or be prepared to have to double check everything.

I finally managed to pass the store at a time it was actually open (apparently they're only open from 5 am to 3 pm), so I decided to stop in and try it. This is my first trip to any Tim Hortons, and it was just okay. The vanilla latte I ordered was bland and bitter, so I will definitely not be back for the coffee. The apple fritter timbits I ordered were fine. They were tasty but not any more so than donuts from any other donut shop. I'm glad I tried it, but I likely won't be back.
