A neighborhood bar, welcoming and pleasant. Has lots of character. Karaoke is nice and well run. Did not order food. Drinks are reasonably priced.

A nice little bar that's well laid out. The owner who runs the place on his own so far is friendly. I am told he mixes his drinks on the heavy side.The bar has karaoke on Saturday nights. It's still relatively new and they are working out the kinks, but it's a fun time.The bar is located in a strip mall, so it isn't easily spotted from the road. There's not a wheelchair ramp near Time Out. But the sidewalk lip is low enough I can get my GFs chair up with minimal effort.
