Tinker Coffee Co. Roastery

This is not a coffee shop where you order fancy drinks. It’s literally the Roastery. They have the BEST coffees I have ever tried. I thought I disliked coffees from Africa, but it turns out I had not tried the right ones and brewed them the right way too. Chelbasa done in the Aeropress is out of this world. I also get the monthly subscription sent to my house which is darn near life changing. Delicious coffee beans delivered to my house. The staff is also very friendly too. Go to one of their cafes to get coffee to drink. Go to the roastery for an excellent selection for home!

Tinker is fantastic! They seem to know how to read minds because every time I am about out of their 5lb bag, I get text notifications letting me know they have some on sale! The coffee is exceptional, and always comes to the door within a day or two of being roasted. Love the different variety's of coffee and really like to hear about small batches that come out throughout the month. I have always enjoyed the handwritten notes on each invoice I received, and have always had great experiences and friendly attitudes when visiting in person.

What are the store hours? Supposed to be open 9-5 M-F. Showed up at 9:20 on a Thursday. Doors locked.

Not very good coffee, don't understand the hype

I had a cup of Tinker dark roast coffee at the Indianapolis International Airport yesterday. Admittedly, I am a coffee snob. I've had coffee from all over the world including Brazil which is hard to equal. The cup of Tinker dark roast I had yesterday was one of the best cup's of coffee I've ever had. Thank you!

Decaf Honduras Marcala is great! Really glad to find a roaster with a solid, recently roasted decaf option. I love espresso so much that I travel with my Decent, but I can only drink decaf. I forgot my beans on a business trip, and I’m happy I found Tinker! When brewing these beans I kept it simple with a flat 9 bar profile, 7s preinfusion, 2:1 ratio, and an extra gram in an 18 gram portafilter. I found it perfect to drink straight and it combined well with oat milk. Thanks Tinker!

Great coffee and very helpful workers. A little confusing on how to get in for your first time but once you figure it out it's a breeze

I roast my own coffee and if I'm out and in a pinch I only buy Tinker coffee. They do it right! Amazing roasters.

Came across this lovely tasting piece of nature at an art fair and scooped up a bag. I chose the caramel because I know I like that flavor even if I don't like the product, but I was not disappointed. This rich robust coffee now starts my day every day. Wonderful tasting and reasonable priced! Thank you Tinker Coffee!!
