The coffee is amazing. I traveled from Dayton to check out your roastery and was thoroughly impressed. The staff was lovely, the whole roastery was very clean and organizing, and the coffee was phenomenal. Hamasho is some of the best Ethiopian I've had. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
This is not a coffee shop where you order fancy drinks. It’s literally the Roastery. They have the BEST coffees I have ever tried. I thought I disliked coffees from Africa, but it turns out I had not tried the right ones and brewed them the right way too. Chelbasa done in the Aeropress is out of this world. Best coffee I have ever had. The people were friendly and informative. I learned so much about coffee and how it's roasted from the employees. I'm hooked! Signed up for the subscription program.
