Tios Mexican Restaurant

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant! I used to eat El Rodeo until I found this family owned restaurant, and haven’t been back since!

They need to get their system routing in order. I waited for my food for 45 minutes. When I told them she turned to look and just said it's coming. When I realized she had jumped my ticket order to get the customers behind me out first. The food is good, but to me is worth crap if customer service is not great at all. An apology goes a long way.

They have a truck located on the east side in front of a dollar general and the burgers are amazing will definitely be my go to place for burgers

The food was so good, the lady was super nice and helpful. The jamaica was so much bigger than i thought and it was so tasty.

I give 5 stars for atmosphere even if it’s just a little spot it’s not about the looks it was about the whole experience. I felt welcomed, the food( I ate torta de pastor )was super yummy. it’s hard to find pina in the pastor here in Indy that’s flavorful and juicy ( not dry like other places) . And the lady that served us is awesome the cook too I will be back. So whoever gives bad reviews. I’m glad I didn’t believe you and went to experience for myself .

Usually, I really like Tio‘s and their customer service but today I was a bit thrown off. Although I have to order at the food truck from time to time, they’ve always brought me my food inside the seating area on a hot fresh plate. Today, they brought me my food inside of a to go container. That initially irritated me, however I quickly got over it until I realized that my food was completely cold. I waited 25 minutes for it as well so I just grabbed it and left out of frustration. I’m a bit under the weather, hungry and just wanted some good food and customer service. I
usually love them but I’m truly disappointed. I didn’t get my sauce either!! Smh

I had a disappointing experience at Tios Mexican Restaurant. When I arrived, one door was locked, and after entering through the open door to inform them, the staff was very rude. The service was slow, and it took forever to get our food. Not a place I’d recommend.

Got the grilled chicken wet burrito. It was HUGE and delicious!!!. Also got the arroz con pollo (chicken with rice) and added chorizo to it. OMG, AMAZING!!

very good service we have never been disappointed! Everything is very good, I recommend trying the “king burger” Tripe tacos are very delicious!

The service is immaculate. Not once have they disappointed. The entire menu is real tasty I personally recommend the “Rey hamburger”.
