Used the mobile app to order nd had to wait over 2 hours for order to be delivered literally 4 blocks away

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I ordered a smoothie and specifically asked for light ice. When I received my order, it didn’t look like they followed that request. I politely asked if they could remake it with light ice, but the staff refused, saying their manager instructed them not to adjust the ice amount.

This approach felt dismissive and frustrating. If customers are not allowed to customize their drinks, then the option should not be offered in the first place. Refusing a simple request like this shows a lack of willingness to listen to customers, which is very disappointing.

I hope management reconsiders this policy, because customer service should be about flexibility and respect for the customer’s preferences.

Chloe need a lesson in customer service. Who would eat wilted lettuce. Supposedly made fresh and far from it. She didn’t come to front to speak with me. Just goes to show you by that action alone what mi d of supposed manager she is.

I I ordered curbside and got there sat in the parking lot for 25 minutes. No one came out. I was on my break. About to be late for work so I got out went into the restaurant to get my order. Wasn’t greeted. Sit there for about another 3 to 4 minutes and then someone came from the back and asked me if I was there picking up I said yeah I had a curbside, but I just came inside. I didn’t finish my sentence. They walked over grabbed my order, hand it to me. My sandwich was wet just due to sitting in a wrapper from being made fresh and hot for so long earlier and I didn’t even have time to go back and say I don’t want the sandwich cause I need to go back to work. I don’t see a point in offering curbside if you don’t have the staffing for curbside also when I went to go in, the front door was locked, but the side door was open and there’s no sign in for that. It just seems like they’re very unorganized. I definitely will be trying to avoid this location in the future.

1st visit I bought food and a smoothie. While the products were quite tasty, they were also a bit overpriced in my opinion. I did appreciate the free smoothie as a new customer on my 2nd trip.

I don’t know what happened, but my smoothie tasted like crushed ice with a faint chocolate flavor. Heck, I could have crushed up the ice in my freezer and chump on those and call it a day. would’ve been cheaper. My 8‑year‑old, who eats almost anything, didn’t even finish her kids’‑size smoothie. We are absolutely not coming back. Maybe ours was a bad batch—but this smoothie should not be served to humans.

I walked in and saw a large blower fan cooling down facility due to broken ac. I arrived to counter as 5 associates did not greet me or ask for my order,after waiting several minutes, I left and enjoyed lunch elsewhere. I have had there lunch offerings here before and its okay but nothing to make a special trip for. I think some ingredients in hot food items could be improved quailty wise, but its a get you by type of lunch in past.

I’m in a medical boot I ordered my lunch online and when I arrived to the drive thru where there was NO other customers to pick up my order I was to I have to come
Inside to retrieve it! What’s the purpose of a drive thru and further more online pickup if I am forced to come inside. The service from staff was not helpful even after I formed in physically disabled. Terrible service from Tropical Smoothie. Not to mention I’ve already paid so I’m forced to get out to get my food some how……. Even curbside pick up is far from the door
