I used to come to this location every single day, but they started messing up my food every single day, because it’s close to my job downtown and I had to have them remake it several times.. I took a break from coming to this location and they continue to mess my food up every single time every time I had to have them remake my order because they couldn’t get the food correct.. this is literally the worst location how hard is it to add 3 items to a wrap ?!

My friend and I will go in there almost every Saturday morning after a workout to get a smoothie. It's our favorite place to hangout and talk. This particular Saturday the staff were talking behind the counter about us and saying it's weird how often we come in. So disappointing since we loved coming here.

This was my first time trying this place. I started my journey of healthy eating and going through a lifestyle change a month ago. I normally make my own at home but that can be draining so I decided to stop since it was right by the highway on my way to work. Ig I was looking for a juice/smoothie bar that makes their bowls fresh. So I asked for yogurt to be blended in my blend for my bowl but that didn’t happen my blend for my bowl was actually frozen. I drove 25 minutes on the highway and it’s still frozen and I don’t want anything that has to unthaw to be watery. So I just didn’t eat so I feel like I just gave away my money for nothing in return. I’m not mad about it just have to keep looking or stick to what Ik and make it myself at home. It just sucks because now I haven’t eaten anything and have to wait to get the time to go get something. They either put on the menu the bowls come frozen and not fresh. If anyone has suggestions on fresh juice bars in Indianapolis that makes everything fresh to order please recommend.

I got a pb crunch smoothie bowl here todsy they were not liei g about the PB or the crunch lol i personally didn't like it however i understand that it was my first time trying it and probably would customize it differently next time i ordered online and pick it up fast with no issues

I absolutely LOVE Tropical Café!!!!!!?? My smoothies are always delicious!!! They always give me my leftover smoothie in an extra cup. They are always friendly. They also have a rewards program that I use all the time......Great place!!!

Often visit this location and Konnor is amazing. The kid is friendly, fast, clean and serves with passion. Always in good spirits. Great location and service from everyone. Management please acknowledge your employees and their hard work.
I just had to walk out without a smoothie. As I was ordering I'm watching another guy stand there and first play with his beard, then his hair. Without gloves or washing his hands he picks up a mixer and proceeds to stand there with his dirty hands on the top and inside the blender. So then I was supposed let this person touch raw fruit and make me a smoothie? No thank you, I canceled my order and left. You should really make your employees wear gloves and refrain from playing with their hair and facial hair while making smoothies. Sad because I really liked this place, but I always get it delivered. It was divine intervention that I actually went in and saw for myself.

Ordered smoothie and the taste was good and so refreshing! Clean environment, orders was made to the perfection and quick service. Parking is free but the location is around the corner so be careful while visiting this place during busy hours of the day. Ambience is good, busy area for the non downtown place.

Only gave one star because I was given the wrong smoothie. My name is not Matthew T and I didn’t order through door dash. I’ve called the business several times but no answer. I paid extra for something that wasn’t of equal value. The fact that I have to go back up there in person to rectify this situation is wild!!!
