Got a quesadilla and it look more burnt and didn't taste the greatest. I order here a lot but lately things just aren't as good. They also forgot my fire roasted salsa and they keep doing it. Please do better.

I am disturbed and disappointed with the lack of communication. It has been close to 7 days and still no response back from anyone about a 50.00 charge. So here we go I place my order through the app as I usually do. This time I never receive my order. I have contacted the store location over 20 x's via phone. I contacted another store location also when they did not answer. That store stated that they were going to reach out to the G.M. I even contacted door dash whom could not issue a refund because the charge was directly with tropical smoothie. In there efforts of assisting me the customer service placed several 3 way calls to try and get through to the location. Nobody answered, I then contacted corporate office, customer relations as well as submitting an online inquiry. Fast forward to not hearing anything by day 3. I called the store no answer.I left another voice-mail. I contacted corporate office again no answer. I left another message. I then contacted customer relations were I was told my information was passed along and somebody would handle the complaint. Here we are day 6 going into day 7 no response via email, text, call. At this point I am extremely irritated because I was giving this location grace and ample time to get this resolved. I would have preferred not to make a bad review. I would like to thank the representative from door dash for going beyond the call of duty to help me even though it was out of their hands since payment was completed tropical smoothie. I have learned my lesson dealing with the market street location. This is the second issue that I have had. The very first order I ever placed. The bacon was under cooked and the bananas were on the verge of being bad that was sent with my kids meals.I usually order from the west 10th st location. Looking forward to a resolution so I can come back and update this post with something positive 😊

I came in with a friend around 2 today and the man running the register seemed very stressed. There was quite a few people in there at this time waiting for food and ordering. There was one lady in front of us and while she was ordering a couple came in behind us. My friend ordered next then it was my turn. The guy at the register pointed at me and said “No.” then pointed at the couple and said “You.” So the guy goes up and starts to order. In the middle of his order he turns to look at me jokingly saying “I saw you trying to cut us”. At this point I’m just being gaslighted into thinking I was cutting people when I was definitely there before them. Then it was finally my turn and the man working the register was still rude, probably thinking I tried to cut people in line. He seemed very annoyed there were customers in there. The man handing out the food was so kind though so it wasn’t everyone just the guy at the register. The food was good.

Second day in a row visiting this establishment. Ordered the same thing both days, Bahama Mama. Both days I received slushy watered down slush. Was there even any fruit in there??? Tasted nothing but slushy water icy.
Please train the smoothie makers to Read the recipe.

Great location and food, terrible customer service. Came in about to pee myself and rushed straight to the bathroom when the manager asked me what I was doing. He asked if I was buying anything and I said I would if I needed to for the restroom. Wouldn’t have been a problem but he wouldn’t let me go until I ordered my food as if I was trying to get one over and not order anything. Dude I’m about to pee myself lol. Very unfortunate because it’s a few blocks from my work and I love tropical smoothie, but with that being my first experience at the new location Id rather drive the extra 10 minutes to give a different location my money

I enjoyed the food here, very fresh, very tasty, but the customer service I got from the cashier is wack. I'm standing in front of you 10 minutes waiting to order and you steady talking to someone else about a dog and treats. Granted i loved the food, but his service at the register
